Chapter 530 - Chapter 268: Grading System and Weekend

The Vice President of the State Labor Federation was named Brian, a very common name.

Most of the Federation people had ordinary names—unusual ones were the exception.

He was quite interested in the grading system proposed by Lance. They had just discussed the "scoring system," which assessed workers based on their performance in professional skills.

From one to one hundred points, one point meant just starting, and one hundred points indicated the highest skill level, theoretically unreachable.

However, there were some issues that still needed discussion, and Lance's proposed grading system had piqued his interest.

"Mr. Lance, please, let's discuss this further."

Lance, not one to be modest, began, "We categorize different technical difficulties into different levels, for instance...welders."

"If they can simply use tools competently in welding, that qualifies them as skilled workers."
