Catherine ultimately did not share the photo of the two of them. Perhaps because she finally got to eat fried skewers, she gave Shen Mochen a break.

"What will you do then?" Shen Mochen asked.
By now, people knew about the relationship between Shen Mochen and Shu Lingyun. If Shen Mochen and Shu Lingyun appeared together, even if Shen Mochen was well-disguised, he would be recognized; therefore, at that point, it wouldn't be convenient for Catherine to show up as well.
