Waves surged gently, and giant billows tumbled, roaring and obscuring the sky, unfathomably deep.
That was an ocean.
An ocean never seen by any man before!
"What's that sound?" The priest behind heard a strange thumping noise and couldn't help muttering as he looked back, worried that someone had fallen asleep and was snoring.
With his question, the noise abruptly ceased.
The priest breathed a sigh of relief.
He didn't notice that the bishop in front of him had shuddered.
The bishop instantly regained his composure, the ocean in his eyes vanishing as if he had merely dozed off, smiling and saying, "I'm fine."
The priest looked puzzled.
What was the bishop talking about?
I didn't ask you...
The priest didn't dare to say more, watching as the bishop carefully signed his name and then saw him off as he left the dungeon.
