"Is everyone ready?"
The enormous body of White Snake slowly unfurled, forming a massive circle around the Hero and Gleaming Scale Serpent, creating a barrier that seemed to isolate all the external sounds of the wind.
The Frost Matron stood at the center, in front of the Hero and Gleaming Scale Serpent, holding the radiant crystal in her hand.
Few in the world of Humankind knew how to initiate this ancient ceremony, but both White Snake and Frost Matron, endowed with ancestral and lineage heritage, were adept in their movements despite it being their first execution of the ritual.
"Indeed," the Hero nodded.
"Hiss, hiss…" the Gleaming Scale Serpent also quietly responded.
"You're right, let's all do our best!" Hearing her Familiar's words, she lowered her head, smiling at the Gleaming Scale Serpent.
Then, the Frost Matron began her ancient, melodic chanting.
As she released the crystal, it began to float with the singing, emitting increasingly brilliant light.
