Chapter 315 - Dragons

Looking at the bewildered looks on Harry and the other two's faces, Sirius suddenly remembered that Professor Moody had only moved into Hogwarts Castle this year. Even if he behaved differently from before, Harry and the others would not be able to notice.

Sirius sighed and said, "Perhaps I am too suspicious. I always feel that Moody seems to be different from usual. But no matter what, Harry, this is an extraordinary period. We cannot ignore any suspicious factors. Stay alert, Harry."

Harry, Ron, and Hermione all nodded subconsciously.

Sirius thought for a moment and then said, "However, Hagrid can be trusted. Since he wants to see you tonight, you should go with him."

Although Hagrid's decision to let Harry leave the castle during curfew was against school rules, Sirius was not a pedantic person. Don't forget that the Marauder's Map was invented by Sirius when they were young!

Harry nodded again, and Ron and Hermione planned to help him.

As the sky gradually darkened, Lynn and Irina returned to the castle early, while Harry and the others chatted with Sirius for a while. In the end, it was Sirius who urged them to go back.

The time soon came to half past eleven in the middle of the night. Harry, who was lying on the bed pretending to be asleep, turned over and got out of bed, putting on the Invisibility Cloak, while Ron waved his wand to eliminate the sound made by Harry so that his movements could not be discovered by others.

Harry quietly walked through the common room wearing the Invisibility Cloak. There were still a few people in the common room at this time. The Creevey brothers got a stack of badges that read "Support Lynn Rowle" from somewhere and were trying to use magic to change the words on them to "Support Harry Potter."

However, after much trouble, all they were able to do was to fix the emblem on "Potter Stink."

After about a minute, after Hermione helped open the door of the Gryffindor common room from outside, Harry slipped out of the Gryffindor common room and left Hogwarts Castle.

The field was dark at this time. Harry walked along the lawn towards Hagrid's hut. After arriving at Hagrid's hut, he knocked on the door.

"You coming, Harry?"

Hagrid opened the door, he whispered, looking around.

Harry went into the house. He looked at Hagrid and asked, "Yeah, Hagrid, what do you want from me?"

Hagrid said excitedly, "I'll show you something good!"

Hagrid had a flower in his buttonhole that looked like an oversized artichoke, and he apparently stopped putting engine oil in his hair, but he certainly spent a lot of time combing it, for Harry could see the broken teeth of the comb in his hair.

After seeing Hagrid's outfit, Harry couldn't help but feel a little suspicious.

You know, Hagrid's current look doesn't look like he's going to take him to see something, but rather like he's going on a date with someone.

At this time, Hagrid called Harry, opened the door of the hut, and strode into the darkness.

Seeing this, Harry had to hurry after him, but he was surprised to find that Hagrid was leading him towards the house-like carriage of Beauxbatons School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

"Hagrid, what are you--"

Harry looked at Hagrid in confusion, not knowing the other party's intention. However, Hagrid just asked him to cover himself with the Invisibility Cloak.

After Harry wrapped himself tightly in the Invisibility Cloak, Hagrid knocked three times on the door of the carriage with two crossed golden wands printed on it.

Madame Maxime opened the door. She had a silk shawl wrapped around her broad shoulders. She looked at Hagrid with a smile and asked, "Ah, Hagrid...is it time?"

Hagrid greeted her with a smile and helped her out of the carriage.

Hagrid was walking around the edge of the Forbidden Forest with Madame Maxime. They were very close to each other. Harry followed them silently. For some reason, he felt as if he had been fooled by Hagrid.

You said you were going to show me something good, so you wanted me to see you two on a date? !

Madame Maxime seemed to have the same concerns as Harry. After a moment, she asked in a joking tone, "Where are you taking me, Hagrid?"

Hagrid said in a hoarse voice, "You'll like it, Madame Maxime, it's worth seeing, believe me! But... don't tell anyone that I brought you to see it, okay? You're not supposed to know."

"Of course not," said Madame Maxime.

Following Hagrid and Madame Maxime, Harry felt himself becoming more and more anxious. He even thought of leaving them behind and running back to his dormitory.

But attracted by Hagrid's promise of something he had not yet seen, Harry gritted his teeth and trotted along to keep up with the two tall guys.

Suddenly, Harry seemed to hear some noise, as if several men were shouting loudly in front, followed by a deafening sharp roar.

Hagrid led Madame Maxime around a grove of trees and stopped. Harry hurried over and stood with them, then his mouth opened in surprise.

For a brief moment, Harry thought he saw bonfires with men leaping around them, but in fact, they were four dragons!

Four fierce-looking full-grown dragons, caged in a plank-walled enclosure, standing on their hind legs and roaring and snorting, with balls of fire shooting up into the blackness of the night from their open, fanged mouths, their necks raised high, their mouths fifty feet off the ground.

Among these four adult fire dragons, there was a silver-blue fire dragon with a pair of long sharp horns, which was angrily roaring at the wizards on the field; there was a green fire dragon with smooth scales, which was twisting and stomping its feet desperately; there was also a red fire dragon with a circle of strange-looking thin sharp horns around its face, which was spraying mushroom-shaped fire clouds into the air; the last one was a giant black dragon, which was more ferocious and terrifying than the other fire dragons, and this black fire dragon was closest to where they were.

There were at least thirty wizards on the field, with seven or eight wizards responsible for dealing with one fire dragon. They pulled the chains, trying desperately to subdue the four giant dragons. The chains were connected to the thick leather belts that tied the dragons' legs and necks.

Harry was completely stunned by this spectacular scene.

Harry raised his head and saw the eyes of the black dragon from high above. Its pupils were vertical like a cat's eyes. It was not sure whether it was out of fear or anger, but its eyes bulged and it let out a shrill and piercing wail.

"Stay there, Hagrid!" shouted a wizard near the fence, holding the chain tightly in his hand. "They can spray fire twenty feet away, you know! I saw this Hungarian Horntail spray forty feet!"

However, facing this terrifying black dragon, Hagrid showed a look of maternal love. He said softly, "It's so beautiful!"

In fact, except for Irina who is not here, no one would think that Hagrid's aesthetic is normal.
