Gisela made up her mind. She looked at the other team leaders and staff before turning towards the founder, the head of the organisation.
"Head, I think this kid named Jeremy Night could be useful to us, especially when it comes to the city administration missions that our organisation is missing out on."
"If he could get some of these missions, our organisation's name would further spread. Right now, no mercenary organisation is taking jobs from the city administration."
"Since their pay is low, no one is ready to risk their lives," Gisela said.

Hearing that, some of the staff took a sharp breath because they hadn't thought it through. But Gisela had the foresight to see this problem.
But the next second, a rebuttal came.
"Gisela, no one does the job anymore. We are facing far more threats, such as inside and outside threats. We need talents who can grow our organisation."
