I'm really excited about the opportunity to join the Client Service team because I'm looking for a dynamic role where I can work across different functions and act as a bridge to close communication and knowledge gaps. In my current role with Team Novus, I've had experience coordinating with the Onshore site through Slack and weekly calls, where I'd report on production updates, resolve issues, and address challenges within the team. I enjoy problem-solving and finding ways to make processes smoother, and I'm confident I can bring that same energy and adaptability to this role.
