"After this plate, I should go try to make some new friends," I told myself while picking up a new dish, but then someone knocked at my door.
"Marcus, what is the meaning of this?"
"I am a very important man, Amber. Now that my identity has been revealed, I have to prioritise my security. I can't have anyone just getting access to me—my enemies might use this as a chance to end me."
"Tell them to let me in. I want to introduce you to someone."
With me facing away as I picked from the table, I waved my hand for Amber and her patron to be let in, and when they got to me, I looked to the left, physically scanning their profiles.
Amber was still Amber, her bold red combination making her look like a hot flame. And then there was the woman beside her—her image inciting lust in me.
She wasn't dressed particularly sexy or revealing, but the ideas Amber had already planted in my head stood at the forefront of my reasoning. I really just wanted to bend her over.
