-S2-Ocean Lift: Where myth meets mission!-S2-
Kleber, escorted by Rajah and Lis, walks along the beach, his feet sinking into the damp sand. The wind blows hard, bringing the salty smell of the sea and the distant sound of waves crashing on the shore. The sun lights the path, reflecting off the silvery scales of the aquatic mamonos resting on the reef in the distance, curiously observing the trio's approach.
Rajah, with her imposing stance, advances with firm steps, her yellow eyes fixed on the horizon, taking in the last rays of sunlight. Lis, cloaked in her black mantle, walks beside Kleber, her pale face hidden beneath a heavy black hood. The young man, despite his shyness, keeps his gaze steady, determined to fulfill his mission.
As they near the water, the group spots the mershark ahead, speaking with a serious-looking mamono.
Wasting no time, Rajah takes a deep breath and shouts through a megaphone to get the shark woman's attention.
"Miss June!" Roared the tigress. "We need to talk to you. It's urgent."
The mershark, noticing the trio's presence, leaps from the reef into the water a few meters away, swimming toward them.
"Looks like she heard us." Lis comments in her typical melancholic tone.
Rajah turns to Kleber, placing a reassuring hand on his shoulder.
"Nervous?" The tiger woman asks.
Kleber sighs, running a hand through his hair.
"I am, even though this isn't the first time I'm going to sleep with a mamono."
Lis tilts her head, her gray eyes curiously fixed on him.
"Then why are you nervous?" The Banshee questions.
Kleber smiles, a spark of excitement in his eyes.
"I've never met a heroine like June in real life. I mean, she saved an entire submarine! That was insane! Did you see how she dove deep and brought everyone back with her own hands? It was amazing!"
He gestures, imitating the mershark's dive.
"I saw it on the news, she swam down there, used that metal chain to pull up the sub... it was like a Hollywood movie!"
Lis watches Kleber's excitement without reacting, while Rajah gives a faint smile at his enthusiasm.
"I understand, Kleber-dono. But remember, she is a mamono." The tiger woman mentions. "You have responsibilities with her."
Close to them June emerges from the water, her powerful body cutting through the waves with ease. Her sharkskin reflects the sunset, creating a shimmering glow that mesmerizes Kleber. He stares, slack-jawed, as the mershark approaches, water streaming down her rough scales, highlighting every defined muscle on her abdomen.
June's eyes, intense and predatory, widen when she sees Kleber, the first man she got this close to. The mershark opens her mouth, revealing rows of sharp teeth, but her voice is slow to come and carries a hesitation that feels alien for a mamono with such a voracious reputation.
"H-hi, hummie." June stammers, but her tone is charged with a wild energy that makes Kleber's heart race.
He tries to respond, but words stick in his throat. June's presence is overwhelming—a mix of brutal beauty and savage strength.
June advances, water frothing around her as she moves closer to shore. When the water is just two fingers below her waist, June's eyes widen even more locked onto Kleber.
'Ok June, this is your first date with a man, you gotta slay this.' Thinks the mamono, mustering courage to speak.
The mershark opens her mouth, her teeth gleaming in the sunset, but her words come out stumbling, lacking her usual confidence.
"Yo-yo-you come here often?" June asks, her voice slightly trembling.
She tries to recover, lifting her chin and adjusting her posture, but the attempt to seem dominant only makes her look more awkward as she throws out her pick-up line.
"How you doin'?"
Kleber, still hypnotized by the mershark's presence, doesn't notice the weak flirtation or the mamono's bashful attitude, so he answers her normally.
"I'm good, yeah. My name's Kleber. And you're June, right?"
June nods, a shy smile forming on her lips. She tries to get closer, but the water is too shallow for her shark tail to move properly, causing the mershark to trip and fall face-first into the sandy shallows.
June rises, spitting out sand, her eyes burning with frustration.
"Fuck this bitch-ass beach and this fucking sand in my goddamn mouth!" June curses, her voice echoing along the coast.
She punches the water in frustration, unable to calm the storm of emotions consuming her. Surprised by June's outburst, Kleber steps forward.
"I saved that fucking submarine! I'm a goddamn heroine!" June continues, her voice laced with rage. "And when I finally meet a hot guy I end up looking like a fucking cunt."
Her frustration is so intense she barely notices Kleber, Rajah, and Lis, all silently watching.
"You think I'm hot?" Kleber asks.
June stops throwing her tantrum, finally realizing everything she just said. Jaw dropped and eyes wide, the mershark still lying in the sand lifts her head to face the man.
While June had been ranting, Kleber had slowly moved closer, crouching to meet the mershark at eye level. The closeness catches June off guard, her face flushing, her cheeks turning a rosy shade that contrasts with her pale skin.
"You think I'm good-looking?" Kleber repeats, his voice soft but firm.
June swallows hard, her wide eyes locked onto his. She tries to respond, but her words are stuck.
The mershark looks down, gulping, and finally, with visible effort, she manages to speak.
"Y-yeah." June's voice comes out low but drenched in sincerity. "You're hot as fuck..."
Kleber blushes, a shy smile forming on his lips.
"Thanks." He replies, his voice full of gratitude.
Kleber's reaction is like a balm to June's frustration. The mershark feels a warmth spreading through her chest, the earlier shame melting away. Her shark tail begins to wag, swaying side to side in the shallow water, sending out small waves. The scene is almost comical, but also charming.
Rajah and Lis watch silently, a faint smile forming on the tigress's lips while the banshee maintains her neutral but attentive expression. The beach, now bathed in the golden light of the setting sun, seems to come alive with the interaction between Kleber and June.

As an intrusive fan, Kleber begged to see June's room when she mentioned she lived at her workplace just like the human. And to no one's surprise, June's room was a reflection of her intense personality.
Her room walls, coated with a mixture of limestone and metal plates, formed an uncompromising environment that offered no space for softness. The ceiling, low and robust, seemed like it might collapse at any moment, as if the very force of nature was about to invade her space. In the corner, a dark platform made of water-resistant plastic served as both bed and couch, scratched all over and bearing bite marks. The place reflected the typical disregard of someone who doesn't care about luxury but values what truly matters: resilience and practicality.
Inside lights were dim, emitting a reddish-yellow tone that created a heavy atmosphere, as if the room were always wrapped in toxic fog. A large laminated 'Terminator 2: Judgment Day' poster adorned the wall opposite the bed, Arnold Schwarzenegger's face, with the deep scar, seemed to stare down anyone who entered with a challenging look. Nearby, vinyl records stacked haphazardly balanced themselves, all with worn-out covers of metal bands, corroded by humidity.
There were no decorative objects that belonged to any "design" concept, but some walls were lined with swords and knives of various sizes, some worn, others gleaming with the shine of those constantly in training—or waiting for a fight.
In the corner of the room is a hatch, a constant reminder of her connection to the depths, a door leading to a water tunnel that extends into the vast sea.
Everything in the room exudes strength, fury, and an unrelenting quest for freedom. The space was immersed in a primal and fierce tone, like the shark-woman who inhabited it.A true blend of wild instinct and burning passion for metal and action.
That's why it was so bizarre for Kleber to see June, the towering and imposing mershark, standing with her arms crossed trying to hide the tremor in her hands.
Her gaze darts toward the corners of the room, avoiding direct eye contact with Kleber. The shyness consuming her was as palpable as the tension in the air. A stark contrast to the ferocity that radiated from her every pore.
"So, you... like action movies?" Kleber pointed to the Terminator poster, breaking the silence.
June nodded, a shy smile forming on her lips.
"Y-yes, I... I think that... that they're..." She stammered, the words stumbling out. "I do like them."
Kleber, who had never been a model of confidence, was stunned that the woman who faced the ocean's depths, who had saved an entire submarine crew, now looked like a shy child before him.
'She wants to get closer, but something's holding her back.' Kleber thought silently. '
Kleber, noticing June's discomfort, decided to break the ice. With unusual determination for him, Kleber took a step forward, moving closer to the mershark.
"June… have you ever heard of the band Alestorm?"
The question caught June by surprise. Her eyes, which had been averted, now locked onto Kleber's, curiosity replacing her shyness.
"Alestorm? N-no, never heard of it." She said, turning completely towards Kleber. "What are they like?"
Kleber smiled, excitement obvious on his face, happy to be able to establish a conversation with the shark mamono.
"It's a Pirate Metal band. A mix of heavy metal with songs about pirates and sea adventures. I think you'd like it."
June leaned in, bringing her face closer to Kleber as the Mershark's pupils dilated, like a shark catching the scent of blood.
"Pirate Metal?" June questioned in a tone as curious as it was intense.
Kleber swallowed hard, June's intensity intimidating him. He felt the heat from her body, the closeness making his heart race. But staying focused, he grabbed his phone and quickly hit play on Alestorm's "Shipwrecked" video. The song exploded from the human's phone speakers, a mix of heavy guitars, electric violins, and pounding drums.
{It's 3 years to the very day
Since a pirate captain said to me
Hey lad come join our crew
Adventure and glory waits for you!}
Without realizing it, June leaned her face against Kleber's, eyes fixed on the phone screen. Next to the Mershark, Kleber noticed every detail of her mamono anatomy: the rough skin, the scales reflecting the dim room light, the sharp teeth ready to tear anything apart. Her predator shark features were unmistakable.
It both frightened and excited the human in a weird way.
{Hey! you're banjaxed!
Hey! you're screwed!
And death is coming for you!
Trapped on an island lost at sea!
Shipwrecked you'll cease to be!}
"This is... amazing," June whispered, her eyes shining with fascination for the clip.
Kleber, trying to stay calm, responded with a timid smile.
"I knew you'd like it."
The music ended, but June's excitement only grew. She turned to Kleber, her eyes sparkling with voracious curiosity.
"Do you know more?" the mershark asked, her tail wagging like a happy pup's. "Show me another one, please!"
Kleber, feeling more confident, began searching for more of the band's clips on his phone.
When he hit play on "Keelhauled," without thinking, June pulled Kleber closer, sitting him on her lap. The movement was so natural, so instinctive, that Kleber barely had time to react.
"Eeeeeh-." Muttered the human, but he was silenced by the mamono holding him like a tedy bear.
"Shush." June hushed Kleber just as the music began.
{My friends, I stand before you
To tell a truth most dire
There lurks a traitor in our midsts
Who hath invoked the captain's ire
He don't deserve no mercy
We ought to shoot him with a gun
But I am not an evil man
So first let's have a little fun…}
The initial contact was a shock of sensations. First, the moisture of her skin, cold and sticky, as if he'd plunged straight into the ocean. But quickly, that sensation gave way to intense heat, like her body was an electric blanket. Kleber felt every defined muscle of June's abdomen pressing against the base of his back, the firmness and strength evident in every contour.
Meanwhile, the mershark's perky, firm, and full breasts pressed sensually into his back, creating a friction that sent waves of pleasure through his entire body. The rough texture of June's scales, which should have been uncomfortable, now felt like a brash caress, each movement generating an intense heat that spread through Kleber.
"June, I..." Kleber tried to speak, but the words died in his throat, replaced by a soft moan.
"Shush." June hushed Kleber again, pulling him tighter against her body.
Her movement was firm but gentle, as if she were handling something precious. She rested her chin on top of Kleber's head, the direct contact making him shiver. The closeness was overwhelming.T he heat of her body wrapping around him like a soothing wave.
"Stay quiet, hummie." June's voice was a husky whisper, laced with unexpected tenderness.
Kleber feels his heart racing, his breathing becoming heavier. He knows June doesn't realize the effect she's having, but every movement she makes, every touch, excites him more and more. The mershark, completely absorbed in the video, doesn't notice Kleber's reaction.
Kleber mumbles, his voice muffled against June's body.
"June, you're squeezing me to hard."
The mershark, finally tearing her gaze away from the video, looks down. Surprise spreads across her face as she realizes Kleber is on her lap.
"W-what...?" June stammers, the shock clear in her voice.
With a sudden jump, she pulls away, her eyes fixed on Kleber. Her movement is so quick the human nearly falls to the floor, off balance.
"Sorry, sorry, sorry!" June repeats, her hands trembling as she tries to pull herself together. "I... I didn't mean to... I swear, I didn't..."
Kleber, still catching his breath, looks at June, confused.
"June, it's okay, I-."
"No, it's not!" June interrupts, her voice shaky. "I... I molested you, I... I didn't mean to, I swear, I just... I just got carried away and..."
She stops, her eyes filled with panic.
"Please, don't tell anyone. Please, Kleber. I... I don't want to be responsible for the destruction of all mamonos chance to get a husband."
Kleber, noticing the desperation in June's voice, slowly approaches.
"It's okay, June, it'll be our secret," Kleber says gently. "But explain this whole 'destruction of all mamonos chance to get a husband' thing to me."
June looks at Kleber, her eyes shining with unshed tears.
"Vigdís... the Ocean Lift director made it clear to all of us. If we do anything inappropriate with a human, no mamono will have a chance to get a husband on this planet." June's voice trembles, fear evident in every word. "I... I don't want to be the one responsible for that. I don't want to destroy our future."
The human extends a hand, gently touching her arm. The contact is light but firm, an attempt to offer reassurance.
"June, it's okay. You don't need to worry about me." Despite explaining, June still ignored the human. "I'm a Lovenexus wellbeing agent. I'm here for your needs, whatever they are."
Feeling bold, Kleber pulls June's face, forcing the Mershark to pay attention to him.
"June, you're amazing. A real hero, and on top of that, you're very attractive."
The mershark blinks, surprised by Kleber's words. She opens her mouth to speak but closes it again, as if the words are stuck in her throat. Finally, after a few seconds of silence, June manages to ask a question.
"How... how are you not afraid of me?"
Feeling embarrassed the human sighs, but musters the courage to answer honestly.
"Well…" Kleber begins, his face blushing. "I am a little afraid, but... it just makes me feel a special kind of nervous when I'm with you."
June's eyes dilate, her pupils expanding until they almost cover the entire iris. She approaches slowly, her imposing body moving with predatory grace. Each step is calculated, deliberate, as if she were hunting.
Kleber, still seated, feels his heart race, his breathing becoming heavier. June's presence is overwhelming, the energy emanating from her is almost palpable.
"Kleber..." June's voice is a hoarse whisper, loaded with an intensity that makes the hairs on the back of Kleber's neck stand on end. "If you're a wellbeing agent... does that mean I can do anything to you?"
He swallows hard, his throat suddenly dry. June's proximity is disconcerting, but also exciting. He nods, his voice caught in his throat.
"As long as you don't hurt me too much."
The mershark smiles, a smile that is a mix of curiosity and desire. She leans forward, her face inches from Kleber's. Her scent is a mix of salt and something else, something primal and wild.
"The safe word is 'Titano'."
