"Is that really a question, or more like a statement?" Evangeline mused. "Because I feel like you're not really giving us a choice here."
A faint smile appeared on Jane's face as she shook her head. "You're right. This is not a choice. Either help me, or I'll leave you here."
"Wow..." Neraxis sighed. "What a bargain. We'll help, sure."
"Great!" Jane's smile lit up. "Oh, and when you're done helping me, we're going to find a way into the temple, okay? I think I know the reason why it never worked out."
"Is it because you were stupid?" Evangeline asked. "Because checking the tombstones of the undead is the most basic thing in the world. I'm surprised you haven't done it yet."
"Well... you can't really blame me." Jane scratched her cheek. "Oftentimes, I only acted as the guide. Now I'll be taking some action, though."
