The room went dead silent as the video ended. Every face in the room twisted with shock and discomfort.
Joe's eyes widened in disbelief, thinking he must have seen it wrong. He looked anxiously toward Angelica, silently asking for confirmation—why did the footage show her falling on her own? Why hadn't Selina touched her at all?
Angelica's breath caught. She never imagined Logan actually had surveillance footage!
She looked more fragile and innocent than ever. "I… I don't know. I really don't know… I was panicking at the time, I thought it was Selina…"
"You thought?" Selina let out a cold laugh. "So just because Angelica cries, I'm automatically guilty? I got slapped by Mr. Morris for nothing."
