"Barry?" Felicity calls out his name as she looks at his face without the cowl on.
The confusion on her face slowly starts shifting to disbelief as she begins putting the picture together.
"Holy shit! Of course! Why didn't I think of this before? Of course, you are the Flash! The Flash appeared right after you got out of your coma. Oh my god, I am so fucking dumb. Sorry for my language, but, HOLY SHIT!" Felicity was having a mental breakdown while John continued to stare at Barry with wide eyes.
"Yes, I am the Flash," Barry says with a smile as he sees Felicity have a breakdown.
"Why didn't you say anything about it before?" Felicity asks, but before Barry could even answer, she points at his cowl. "Of course, you had to protect your secret identity," She says.
This woman clearly understands why someone like Barry would try to hide his Flash identity.
Barry didn't expect Felicity to move on so easily, but he is glad. He doesn't have to worry about trying to make her understand. Barry just hopes that if Iris ever figures out his identity, she makes light of it just like Felicity, which he doubts, but a man can hope.
"What are you doing here? How do you know we were here?" Felicity asks.
"Well, I was on one of my usual runs when I was informed about some gun shots at a warehouse, where I met with Oliver." Just as Barry says this, they hear the sound of a motorcycle's engine getting closer.
"And there he is," Barry says.
Oliver drives up to the cabin and approaches the group.
"So why exactly are you guys here in Central City?" Barry asks.
"Working a case, suspicious homicide in the styling where the murder weapon is a boomerang," Felicity says as she takes out a plastic bag containing a boomerang.
"Cool!" Barry says, taking out the boomerang, and begins examining it. "This is made of the same high-density plastic we found at the warehouse. Whoever you are looking for must be here to get some raw materials to make some more of these boomerangs," Barry says.
"You guys found something?" Felicity asks.
"Here," Barry says, handing over a bag full of plastic beads to Felicity, earning a look from Oliver. "What? I thought since you went through all that trouble fighting those guys for it, you might want a sample," Barry says.
"He won't say it, but I will in his stead, thank you," Felicity says, grabbing the plastic bag from Barry's hands.
"So what next?" Barry asks.
"What's next is we go our own ways. I am going to catch this killer, and you go back to looking after your city," Oliver says.
"Aww, and I thought since you are here, maybe we could have helped each other. My team is trying to catch a Meta Human that can make people angry," Barry says.
"Meta Human?" John finally speaks up, questioning what Barry meant by Meta-Human.
"Well, that's what we call people who were affected by the particle accelerator blast and gained... You know... superpowers," Barry says.
"Cool," Felicity says, earning another glare from Oliver. "Come on, Oliver, don't be a grouch. Since we are here, why don't we help Barry catch this Meta-Human?" Felicity sides with Barry on this one.
"And while you guys are here, you can use the equipment in S.T.A.R. Labs to run some tests on this thing," Barry says, playing with the boomerang.
Oliver looks at Barry, and then at Felicity, before taking a sigh. "Fine,"
""Yes,"" Both Barry and Felicity cheer with a high-five.
Having Oliver help him find this Meta Human is his best option right now. Though not as skillful as Batman, Oliver is great at tracking down and hunting people. This is what he used to do.
"Take Felicity with you to S.T.A.R. Labs while I try to find something about this rage-inducing guy of yours," Oliver says.
"Meta Human," Felicity corrects him.
"I am not going to call them that. Digs! With me," Oliver says, and leaves with John.
"Hold tight," Barry says, and carries Felicity in his arms. But before Felicity could even yelp in surprise. Barry is already in Flash Time as he carries Felicity all the way back to S.T.A.R. Labs.
After a few seconds, he stops running as they arrive before S.T.A.R. Labs. "-aaaaa!" Felicity finally stops her yelp.
Barry puts her down. Felicity stumbles and looks around, confused. "We are already here?" she asks as she sees the S.T.A.R. Labs building before her.
"Holy shit! How fast can you really run?" Felicity questions.
"I don't know. Forget about that. Let's go in. Let me introduce you to my team," Barry says, and guides Felicity into the lab.
Barry's main reason for bringing Felicity here was to make her upgrade their technology. No matter how smart Cisco is, he is nowhere near the level of Felicity when it comes to matters regarding computers.
