Drakion's only response was his figure vanishing—appearing instantly before the Dragon Eater. Even he didn't know what his eyes had become—eyes that struck such fear and disbelief into the heart of the Dragon Eater.
Drakion's fist thrust forward, slamming into the Dragon Eater's mouth with crushing force, sending the behemoth hurtling through the air. It crashed into the ground, the impact thundering like an avalanche. Its mouth had fragmented under the sheer power of Drakion's blow—shattered and broken.
And yet, there was no blood.
A second later, its mouth regenerated—whole, uninjured, as though untouched. The Dragon Eater's regenerative ability was monstrous, defying logic and common understanding.
But pain had cleared its thoughts. That blow brought it clarity—the realization that Drakion could kill him.
