After that peace treaty, both sides had a lunch feast in the Dacuian Wolf Tribe's central square, alongside almost all of Pilla's tribe. Pilla liked Basilio's fast skills as a Vamzom soldier, and Basilio was flustered a bit by it. Pilla also liked how Chivo became Ruslav's first non-Vamzom soldier. Chivo was a bit overwhelmed by his compliment. By 1:10 p.m., Pilla declared to everyone the peace treaty between their tribe and Ruslav, much to everyone's surprise and bewilderment. Some wondered why there were Vamzoms in their territory, but now, they do thanks to Pilla and Basilio.
After that, Basilio and his group said goodbye to Pilla and his tribe and left off back to Ruslav's Blood Fortress with good and happy satisfactions. And then, the next day, Basilio started the mining operation in the Alidz Hills right away, and it was going smoothly, with some of Pilla's wolf soldiers guarding the area for the Vamzoms. Simultaneously, Basilio knew from the Isekai System about the abilities he had unknowingly unlocked during his duel with Pilla. Basilio was stunned and had leveled up to Level 17 and had unlocked 3 new achievements: Second Peace Treaty, Peace with A Race, and Mining First-doer.
And then, 2 days later, the mined iron and silver were minted into coins, thus giving birth to Ruslav's first and official currency, the Ruslav Peso. These coins had values ranging from 50 cents to 15 pesos. As for the design of the coins, they featured swords, pistols, as well as Ruslav's current banner in a simplified form, and an icon of Ruslan, as decided by Basilio and a small temporary committee of Vamzoms. Basilio didn't want his face on these coins because he sought to avoid fame and despised vanity, remaining as humble as ever. And so, these coins are now in full circulation in trade, but bartering remained a method for most small transactions, making it a co-official currency with Ruslav Pesos.
And then, on one Friday morning, Cas and a small group of envoys from Josiah II's court came to Basilio and offered something shocking to him and his circle of Vamzoms: an entire forested region around Ruslav, which was beyond the borders of settlements of former banished Vamzoms and Hybrid Vamzoms, for themselves to expand their country. Basilio and his circle were shocked and stunned at the same time. Even Chivo was very surprised, too.
"That much territory from you guys?" Basilio asked.
"That's a lot of territory, sir," Aldert said to Basilio.
"Yes," Cas replied back calmly and confidently, "as a symbol of our friendship, we wanted to give this much land to you so you could expand and develop your nation further."
Still stunned, Basilio looked at him. "Are you sure about that?"
"Yes," replied one of Cas' temporary envoys, "don't worry about us losing territory."
"We still have other forested regions left," another added positively.
And so, after much thinking and consideration, Basilio and his circle eventually accepted it wholeheartedly, and Basilio redrawn the borders between Ruslav and Dimwell so Dimwell could have some for themselves. And after that, Ruslav expanded its territory. And after that, Basilio reestablished Blood Fortress as Ruslav's new capital city of Nuevo Tacloban, a tribute to his hometown in his previous life.
