Mila tightened her grip around the query letter as she walked down the hallway that led to where she would meet with the disciplinary meeting first before actions would be taken. Of all the things Mila was expecting Zyran to do, she didn't expect him to actually try to punish her negligence and not putting effort into work. Just when she was excited that someone had taken the bait of the trap she set, and then this.
It made Mila really suspect Zyran of being the culprit. Either this was his way of crashing out, or he was just trying to get her attention, especially after what happened with the shaman's phone. Maybe he didn't want to say it, but he was annoyed. That should be it. Mila nodded, but she wasn't going to let Zyran bully her.
Mila pushed the door with force and walked inside with a frown on her face, ready to raise her voice at Zyran if he tried to speak.
"Welcome to your disciplinary meeting, Mrs. Milena," the leader of the meeting greeted.
