"How can I not worry?" Tang Yumeng glared at Lin Chuan and said, "If I wasn't worried about you, why would I ask you to come back to work?"
"Sister, I understand." Lin Chuan hurriedly replied.
"You don't understand." Tang Yumeng retorted irritably.
"How do I not understand?" Lin Chuan asked back.
"If you understood, you wouldn't argue with me." Tang Yumeng bit her red lips, her eyes revealing a trace of annoyance.
Lin Chuan was taken aback, indeed as the saying goes, never guess a woman's mind; no matter how you guess, you won't understand. Lin Chuan seemed to get it, yet it was still somewhat unclear to him. After all, talking to a woman is the most exhausting thing, not to mention far surpassing the hardship index of accompanying a woman shopping.
"I get it now," Lin Chuan hurriedly said. "Sister, I promise I won't ever make you worry or upset again."
"That's more like it," Tang Yumeng huffed.
