Kaede ran towards cover and looked at the terror before her "EVERYONE GET YOUR WEAPONS!"
Once the arrows ceased everyone looked at her as if she were crazy.
"We should run!"
"No, we should hide!"
"We're gonna die!"
Kaede grumbled and stood in front of everyone. "So you all want to be slaughtered or captured?! You want to restart huh?! NOT ON MY WATCH! MY TEAM NEVER GIVES UP! I, Kaede Ignari am leading this team and I will never give up and neither shall you!"
Everyone looked at her Elara roared "THAT'S RIGHT, THE TEAM OF IGNARI NEVER GIVE UP! THEY NEVER FALL WITHOUT A FIGHT!"
"YEAH!" Everyone roared in unison as they gathered their weapons.
Kaede grouped everyone "Archer at the back, Fighters at front. Magic users in middle!"
Then she looked at the forest "Archers, ready!"

"Mages, put your magic on their arrows. Ice, Flames, whatever you got!"
Once that was done Kaede raised her hand in a fist.
"Hold it... Not yet..."
She saw a few step out of the forest. "NOW!" She opened her hand and the arrows were shot soaring the sky.
The team on the other side more than likely took damage at least that's what Kaede was thinking.
"OKAY, CHARGE!"
Everyone ran forward except for Elara who looked at Kaede. "Not yet"
Kaede looked up and saw one person walk forward with a shield covered in arrows.
Then an army following behind him all determined, but shot with arrows.
Kian looked at them and remembered what Estra had told him about his spirit state, then he connected everything.
They were probably under some spell "Kaede!" He ran up to her, but as he did a sword slammed into his skull sending him down.
It was the leader of the enemy who threw it. He gripped his Shield and leaned back ready to throw.
Kaede squinted her eyes as he threw the shield sending it towards them.
"GET DOWN!"
Everyone ducked
Then one of Kaede's warriors stood thinking it was all over until someone was thrown at him.
Then someone landed right in front of them making dirt fly everywhere.
It was the leader who appeared to be a boy about Kaede's age or a bit older.
He stood up and looked at everyone with a cold stare.
Then the morale dropped, some trembled, some began to turn back, some began to pray.
Kaede looked at everyone, it was one person, how could they cowar to this boy?
"WHO THE HECK ARE YOU!?"
The boy walked up to her as she pointed her sword at him.
In one motion he swung his leg upwards and cut his leg, but also kicked the sword out of her hand.
Then he slammed his fist into her chest knocking her down into the crowd. She tried to breath, but it was hard. Was she choking, she couldn't tell.
It felt like her body was failing
Breathe, breathe, breathe darn it!
Once she caught her breath she saw her team already being destroyed by this one person, just one person.
May even in her Kitsune form could beat him. He jumped up and slammed his hand into her neck knocking her unconscious.
He swung a chain connected to a steel ball and it brought down most including Khione's ice and Kain.
Now it was the remains.
Khione slammed her foot on the ground causing ice to charge at the boy.
He jumped up and around it all as he could tell what was going to happen.
Once he got close grabbed Khione and was about to strike, but Kian jumped on him and slammed his head into the boys with all his might.
The boy stepped back rubbing his head, Khione grabbed his arm to freeze it, but the boy reacted to quickly and threw himself and her to the ground The he rose another fist, but Kian tackled him and tried to choke the boy.
The boy reached for something or anything, he felt something sharp, but Kian dodged and moved for Khione to jump onto of the boy and freeze him.
The boy threw his legs up and kicked Khione with all his might, then grabbed Kian and plunged the sharp object, which was a dagger into Kain over and over then he got up and walked towards Khione, but and arrow came his way and struck his ribs.
It was Kaede "Get the heck away from my friends darn it" her lip was bleeding and her hair was messy around her face, which was longer now due to the time in Tartarus.
She grabbed a sword of a fallen comrade as he approached.
Her heart pounded in her chest.
She was afraid.
The boy showed no emotion, no pain, Nothing.
He grabbed the blade with his bare hands and let his blood flow onto it.
The lines Kaede saw were very dark, and only three existed.
She punched him, then kicked him away with her knee and stood.
Ready to fight, yet her legs trembled.
Everyone is depending on you Kaede, like Elara said. If I can't do this, how can I ensure they're safety?
The boy looked at her with his fists clenched and boys charged forward.
Kaede landed a few hits, but the boy landed the most and dodged most.
He was fast and unpredictable, and it seemed as if he could tell what was going to happen next.
Then Kaede looked at his eyes as he knocked her away.
They were just like her's whenever she was in her focus mode, like now. He followed every movement she made. She wanted to ask him a question, but would be answer?
"Before we fight again... Let me ask you a question..."
The boy stopped "Do you... See lines when you fight?"
The boy looked behind him "I see a lot of them, everywhere... Are you the same?"
Kaede nodded
"So your a weak Ignari then... No blood of mine survives this weak." He kicked her sending blood from her nose.
"KAEDE!" Khione yelled as she threw a ton of ice at the boy.
He jumped back and looked at her and Kaede.
Kian ran to her making sure she was okay, before looking at the boy with fury.
The boy looked at Khione and Kian and his eye twitched.
"ATTACK!!!"
His army moved at his word. They ran through the tents as he walked up to Kian whose eyes began to turn white.
"I'll kill you!" Kian said before completely going into spirit mode.
He got on all fours looking into the boys soul then moved at such a pace it ripped the ground as he ran to the boy and struck him in the chest send the boy through the camp and outside it.
Kian jumped out towards the boy then slammed his fist into the ground making the ground below fall in.
The boy struck Kian again and again, but it didn't really do much except make his nose bleed.
So the boy threw a punch with all his might which sent Kian away.
The boy stood up his nose flaring as if he took was about to lose it.
Kian looked at the boy and the boy looked at Kian
Rage vs Emptiness.
The battle field was quickly ripped apart as the two fought hitting with such force it caused shockwaves.

Back at the Camp, the survivors were fighting with all they had against the empty army, which had just recently began to become enraged.
Kaede couldn't stop thinking about the boy, so she wasn't the only Ignari, but the other Ignari basically hates her for being weak.
Was she really that weak? Well she couldn't say no, from what he was doing. She definitely was below him in every way.
Khione did her best to freeze them all, but it was a lot of them.
May was ripping through them now woken up, Alya was using blades of the sky.
Selene just walked through sending objects at the enemy with her telepathic abilities.
Her nose began to bleed though and her movements began weaker.
Kazuya was using his spirit magic as best he could.
Kaede looked at her struggling team. "EVERYONE, I KNOW WERE AT A DISADVANTAGE, BUT IF WE LOSE HERE. HOW CAN WE GO BACK HOME! HOW CAN WE ENSURE OUR FAMILIES WON'T BE ENSLAVED AGAIN!"
The morale was rose back up.
Everyone began to fight harder than they ever expected of themselves and soon enough the enemy was brought down.
Kaede looked Kian's way and saw the boy and Kian.
Kian was fighting like a monster with only one goal.
The other Ignari was fighting almost in the same way.
The group looked and ran over to help.
Khione threw an ice at the boy, but it almost hit Kian instead who dodged it and got smacked down to the ground.
Khione apologized under her breath. Kian stood and looked at her.
Like Estra said a long with his goal, he had survival on his mind.
Khione was now a threat to his survival.
