"What's the level about?" Skylar looked away from his player interface and looked at Helen who has been watching him for quiet sometime.

Helen she asked did not reply immediately, it took her a few seconds before she did. "It has nothing to do with power. It is simply a measure of potential and level hundred is the limit... It means when a player reach level hundred they won't be able to grow futher. So every growth a player will experience will happen before they reach that limit... Do you understand?"

Skylar smiled and nodded. "I understand. You are saying i should do my best to grow a lot powerful before i reach level hundred..."

"Exactly! How powerful a player will become before they reach level hundred is a hundred percent a matter of making the right choices. And that's why the tower has the intention and capacity to provide every player with the best and fitting teacher, and an environment that will aid in their evolution and not just growth alone." Helen put a hand to her lips and smiled. Then she continued. "I expect you to do a lot better without a teacher. Right?"

Skylar chuckled at her question, then his eyes looked from her hand on her lips to a glowing creature beside her, a creature that look like a sea horse but with large glowing wings that briefly stopped beside her as it play around with the other exotic creatures.

I still have not decided if i want to become the most powerful. But if i put a little effort, it shouldn't be a problem for me. And its not like my level is that high compared to my current capabilities.

"Helen!" Skylar called suddenly, looking to the side of where the creature was at Helen who is directly in front of him. "What's the average stat of a player at level twenty?"

Helen after she heard Skylar question cast a contemplative gaze directed at whatever is behind and above him.

Why is it taking her long to answer. Skylar wondered as he waits for an answer.

Then after a few seconds, Helen answered. "I don't know."

Skylar face scrunched at her answer. Is that what took you so long. He thought.

Kind of sure of what Skylar is thinking, Helen smiled and supplemented her reply.

"You can say, there is not an average... What am i even saying." She waved her hand and continued. "I know nothing about how your level correlate to your stat... I did not create..."

She paused all of a sudden.

"Did not create what?" Skylar's eyes narrowed. "Are you not the ceo of TRIBE... How can you not know about how your game works... If you want to lie, you shouldn't be so blantant about it. Just say its some kind of secret, its not like i will discard you and choose someone else as my attendant..."

Skylar leaned closer, his voice lowered. "You see... Dishonesty is something i hate, if we are going to work together for a long time, you have to be completely honest with me. I won't ask you to reveal your corporation secrets to me, there is nothing i will do with them. They will just annoy me... I hate cheating a lot..."

Helen who is bearing the full brunt of Skylar's lecture palmed her forehead and sighed lightly as she did. He is very clever. Baitng me to tell him about the origin of the simulation... His curiosity is definitely a big issue, i should note that too and...

"Sky." Helen called suddenly, interrupting her own thoughts and Skylar's monologue, after she made sure she got Skylar's attention. Then with a serious tone she continued. "Please listen carefully... You must be very careful in the real world, try to avoid strange players and users that you meet in the real world... If you can hide your identity from the whole world including me, please do so. Don't ever forget this... Its very important."

Your condition is very very bad. Your pineal is so badly damage, i don't even think it can be remedied at this point. She added in her mind as she awaits Skylar's response with her golden eyes on his green ones.

Skylar who heard her clearly smiled. I did not even plan to do that in the first place. He chuckled and responded cryptically. "The game world is the game world and the real world is the real world. So why mix the two? Helen?"

I expected this. Those wounds are definitely going to reopen. Did i make the right choice.

"Miss crow, when is Sky coming back? I want to hug him already."

The pergola some distance from the tower portal- a circular and raised wooden platform, has Yami crouched on its wooden floor behind a wooden bench.

The safe zone like its twilight was soaked in orange light. On the sea few distance from the pergola is the reflection of a an earthly star- orange in color and that seems to almost make contact with the seiche waves of the orange colored water of the sea.

Also far above the sea, just below the sky of orange color clouds are several wooden sky vessels the shape of boats and ships; some flying closer to the surface of the sea with the gigantic earthly star as the backdrop, and the others most especially the bigger ones flying either through the layers of orange clouds or above them.

Under the pergola and the vicinity of the tower portal which at this point is deserted save for two couples- a young man and a young woman holding hands and seated on a bench to the side of the one Yami crouched behind; Yami glanced above like she could see Goldie who perched on the roof of the pergola.

"Miss crow, you did not answer me." Yami like she is talking to no one did not stop tracing her finger on the wooden floor. "When will Skylar return?"

Goldie on the pergola roof top after he heard Yami the second time rolled his eyes in response. His female kind are very annoying... Should i be the one telling you when he will return or doesn't she know our telepathic communication has been blocked by that tower thing. Ah! I have forgotten... Goldie's golden eye dilate. She doesn't know there is a telepathic link between us. But why is she still asking me...

...

A few moments later, the pillar of light encasing the tower portal brightend.

"Sky?" Upon seeing this Yami excitedly sprang up. She watched above the surface of the portal intently expecting Skylar to appear on it. But what appeared was someone else. Someone the couple next to her reacted to as she expressed her disappointment by sulking and returning to her crouching position.

"Veda where did you rank? What's your ranking?" One of the couple, a scantily dressed great beauty- ivory skin- feathered cut blonde hair- blue eyes, ran to the figure that appeared on the tower portal and is also coming towards her and the guy behind her.

"Mag, let's leave here first." Replying the great beauty called Mag, the figure called Veda moved closer to the guy behind her and both shook hands with a friendly smile on their faces.

Then the three with the great beauty between them while they converse harmoniously, starts to walk towards a wooden bass boat suspended just above the ground some distance from them.

...

"Sky when will you come out?"

About three minutes later, just as Yami with her head lowered droned, the pillar of light encasing the platform brightened again and this time Skylar figure appeared on it.

This place is too quiet... Its the same for everywhere else in the safe zone. Skylar who appeared climbed down one of the steps of the platform and leisurely made his way towards the pergola where Yami who is for some reason quiet and unresponsive is, and where on top of which Goldie watches from.

"Goldie, Yami..." Before Skylar who has come close could conclude is statement, Yami's figure in front of him and a couple of steps away from him suddenly appeared on him, her hands holding his neck from behind and her legs wrapped across his waist, hugging him tightly.

I knew she was going to do this. Skylar chuckled and smile as his green eyes under the hood met hers. And in response, she also giggled and smile like a silly idiot.

"Hihihi... Got you. You are going nowhere." She sniffed Skylar's body briefly. Then she disengaged from him suddenly, hands folded behind her back and her big chest under her white school uniform top emphasized as she arched slightly forward. "Just kidding Hihihi.." She added.

"Sky, your female kind are scary you know."

"i know." Skylar who's mouth is twitching because of Yami's strange action replied Goldie telepathic message.

"So sky, what next... Where are we going to next." Goldie flew from the pergola towards Skylar just as Yami seized one of his vigorous hands and put it under her arms while she giggled.

"Like i said before, we need an army if we are ever going to get things done quickly and effectively... A small faction like we talked about should do the job... We will just help them grow from the shadow and pluck them when they are ripen. Very simple, right?"

The flying Goldie who received Skylar telepathic message reached beside him and Yami who is still holding his hand floating, and then the three start heading in the direction they came from leisurely.

"So Sky, why did you not choose their faction? They are clearly a small faction you know."

"You are right. I could have chosen them. But you know... They are kind of problematic, and i don't like most of them... I find only about twelve of them interesting. The rest are boring."

"But you enjoyed the company of that crazy boy and that female that smell like the moon you know."

"That one is different, and i think Lingyue is the source of their trouble... the trouble i am trying to avoid. And as for Idris, we should meet again very soon. Both of us have an unfinished business..."

"Sky do you have a place to stay." Interrupting Skylar and Goldie telepathic conversation, Yami pulled Skylar's hand under her arm tightly, holding it firmly, and she peeked at his face under the hood as they tread leisurely on the green grass that carpets the ground of their surroundings.

Do i really need a place to stay. Won't anywhere under the heaven do. Skylar thought and then he answered, "Not really, do you have a place in mind."

"Yes!" Excitedly, Yami responded almost hug jumping him. "Follow me, this way."

She then pulled Skylar towards a direction different from the one they came from and like she is dragging him along, the trio continue their journey in this direction in an absolutely not leisurely manner with Goldie who trail behind rolling his eyes at the two.
