"Which idiot are you mentioning?" The sudden voice beside him made Aryan jump.
"Mr. Evan!!!" Aryan startled but quickly regain his composure. "What bring you here?" Asking the most stupid question in front of the restaurant, Aryan try to rephrase it.
"I mean… I didn't get a proper chance to thank you for everything you did the other day," he corrected quickly. "If you haven't eaten yet, how about I treat you today? My treat."
"I appreciate the offer," Evan replied with a polite smile, "but I'm actually here for a meeting. Gotta pass, unfortunately."
"A meeting? At this hour?"
"Yeah. Something came up."
