In the One Piece world...
After giving Kuina and Zoro a few instructions and temporarily leaving them in the East Blue, Pirate Renzo took off solo toward the Grand Line.
It only took him two days to reach the Knock Up Stream at Reverse Mountain.
Then, he directly flew over the Red Line, straight into the first half of the Grand Line.
He could've taken the Calm Belt route too, but there were some interesting things along the original anime route he didn't want to miss.
"Whoo! Made it! This is the place. Man, it's freezing here!"
Landing smoothly on the huge mountaintop platform, Renzo walked straight toward the massive castle ahead.
"Anyone home?"
He pushed the door open and stepped inside.
"Who are you, kid? What're you doing here?"
An old lady with a wild fashion sense was drinking straight from the bottle as she asked him suspiciously.
Right now, Drum Island was not a great place to be.
That idiot king, Wapol — a Swallow-Swallow Fruit user — had enforced a ridiculous "doctor ban," making it illegal for ordinary people to practice medicine. Only his personal doctor squad was allowed to treat patients.
It was complete nonsense.
If it weren't for the fact she was too old, had seen too much crap in her life, and didn't have enough power to bother with it, she might've stepped in herself.
When Renzo saw the old lady, he immediately smiled and said, "You must be Dr. Kureha, right? Here's the deal — I want to learn medicine from you! As payment, I'll supply you with 100 bottles of this liquor every month! How about it?"
As he spoke, Renzo pulled a bottle of top-grade "Bubbly Wine" from his storage ring — something straight out of a KonoSuba, the hero's world — and offered it to Kureha.
"Oh?"
Kureha raised her eyebrows in surprise, giving Renzo a good look.
"Interesting kid."
"It's not impossible. But if your booze doesn't satisfy me, you can get lost, understood?"
Saying that, she snatched the bottle from Renzo, popped the cork, and gave it a sniff.
Immediately, her eyes lit up.
"Smells fantastic! Definitely quality stuff!"
Without hesitation, she tilted her head back and chugged down a third of the bottle in one go.
"Ha! Damn, that's some serious good liquor!"
"Alright, kid! I'll teach you!"
"But how much you can learn — that's all on you!"
Kureha said happily and straightforwardly.
"Of course! Then, from here on, I'll leave this clone in your care, sensei!"
Renzo bowed slightly in respect.
"Eh?"
Kureha looked surprised. "Clone? You're telling me this is just a clone? Kid, are you a Devil Fruit user or something?"
"Not exactly!" Renzo nodded, grinning. "This is my own special ability — it's got nothing to do with Devil Fruits."
"Ohhh," Kureha nodded like it made perfect sense. "Whatever. I don't care about your little secrets anyway."
She tossed him a book thicker than a dictionary. "Here — start memorizing this. Once you've got it down, then we can move on."
"Got it!" Renzo caught the book and immediately headed off to a corner to dive into it.
Memorizing stuff like this? Child's play for him.
Even without the shared "photographic memory" skill from the Apocalypse Renzo, his insane mental strength already lets him remember anything at a glance.
Honestly, having Kureha teach him wasn't some spur-of-the-moment idea, either. It had been a group decision — Apocalypse, Gundam, Hermione, Uchiha, and the others had all pushed for it.
Because in the world of One Piece, it wasn't just Devil Fruits and Seastone that were valuable. There were tons of weird and wonderful plants, herbs, and materials — a real goldmine for anyone who loved research.
And Renzos from other worlds were absolutely the type to get excited over a treasure trove like that.
If they wanted to unlock all that potential, learning the native medical techniques was a must.
So — that's why this clone was here on Drum Island. Sending his real body would just be a waste of time.
And with the Flying Thunder God technique, he could easily keep the clone supplied with chakra and materials whenever needed.
Plus, this wasn't a normal Shadow Clone — it was a Wood Clone. Way sturdier, could hold way more chakra, and lasted way longer too.
As for Renzo's real body? He was already over at Water 7.

Water 7
"Tch. Knew it. Tons of CP guys sneaking around."
The moment Renzo arrived, his sensing abilities instantly picked up a bunch of hidden CP9 members all lurking around Water 7, watching over the fishman shipwright, Tom.
Clearly, they were terrified he might run away.
"Looks like the old guy's days are numbered. The day that Sea Train's finished is probably the day he dies."
"Building a ship for the Pirate King? Yeah right — that's just an excuse. They're really after the Pluton blueprints."
A smirk tugged at Renzo's lips as he scanned the island with his mental power. He had already locked onto the location of the Pluton blueprints.
Without wasting time, he slipped into a deserted alleyway, transformed his appearance into the "Uchiha Madara" persona, and with a thought, teleported straight into a hidden basement.
There, he walked up to a certain spot, used Body Flicker Shift, and directly pulled the hidden blueprints right out from inside the wall.
All the traps and mechanisms? Completely useless against him.
"Red Queen, scan these and record them into the database," Renzo ordered.
"Yes, Master!"
A tiny Red Queen projection popped up from the communicator on his wrist, and a beam of red light swept across the documents, capturing all the information instantly.
"Scan complete, Master."
"Good. Let's put them back."
In another blink, Renzo slipped the blueprints back into the hidden compartment exactly as they were, leaving no trace. Then he teleported again — this time into a luxurious office.
"Who's there?!"
Spandine jumped up from his chair in shock when Renzo suddenly appeared, immediately reaching for the gun at his waist with one hand while slamming a red button on the desk with the other.
Then he sneered arrogantly. "Who do you think you are, barging into my office? You have any idea who I am? Spill it, maybe I'll—"
BANG!
Before he could finish, Renzo was already in front of him — and with a brutal kick, sent him sprawling across the floor. Then he stomped down hard onto Spandine's face, looming over him coldly.
"You're teaching me how to act?" Renzo sneered."Listen up, you trash. I'm Uchiha Madara! Remember that name."
"And as for why I'm here?" Renzo grinned wickedly. "It's simple. I just don't like you."
Without waiting for a response, he threw Spandine into a powerful genjutsu, diving into his memories and filtering through them at lightning speed.
It didn't take long for Renzo to dig up a mountain of CP secrets — including the locations of multiple CP bases.
Even better, he found the location of a hidden CP treasury.
"Oh? So there really is a full set of training manuals for the Six Powers here! Even methods for training Haki?"
"But damn... this guy's such a waste. He had all these resources and still didn't awaken Haki? Trash—just like his loser son in the future."
After grumbling, Renzo started kicking Spandine's face without holding back, muttering under his breath, "This is for bullying little Robin! For calling a Buster Call on Ohara!"
Soon, Spandine's face was completely unrecognizable.
Crack!
After venting a little, Renzo stomped down hard and snapped Spandine's neck, killing him on the spot.
Bang!
Just then, the office door burst open.
Several CP agents stormed in—only to find their boss lying dead on the floor... and absolutely no sign of the intruder.
No matter how hard they searched, they found nothing. In the end, they had no choice but to report the incident back to CP headquarters and wait for orders.
It was way beyond anything they were prepared to handle.
...
Meanwhile, Renzo—who had just snagged the Six Powers manuals and CP's special Haki training methods—was in an excellent mood.
He hummed a tune, happily munching on some local Water7's meat kababs while casually strolling around.
"Man, life's good."
Honestly, the scenery here was pretty amazing.
...
Two hours later
Renzo suddenly picked up on two extremely strong auras speeding toward Water 7.
It wasn't long before they intercepted him.
"Oh?"
Pirate Renzo—still disguised as Uchiha Madara—looked at the two newcomers with mild surprise. Both wore white suits and masks—the signature look of CP0.
"You guys are pretty quick! And you figured out it was me so fast too! I guess I should expect that from CP0, huh?"
One of the CP0 agents narrowed his eyes behind the mask and said coldly, "Seems like you know who we are. And finding you so fast? Thank that Den Den Mushi you didn't bother to destroy, Uchiha Madara."
"You're not going to surrender quietly, are you?"
"In that case, let's see how strong you really are—to think you dared to kill a high-ranking CP officer!"
As soon as the words left his mouth, the two CP0 agents split left and right, disappearing with Shaveand stabbing at Renzo with their Finger Pistol.
They clearly wanted to test his skills first.
"Hah! So you wanna dance~"
Renzo chuckled, not retreating but instead rushing forward even faster.
In the blink of an eye, he was in front of one of them—his arm already coated in black Armament Haki—and he threw a savage punch straight at the guy's head.
Thanks to the Sage Chakra fused into his body, Renzo could maintain Sage Mode at all times now.
And the physical boost from Sage Mode was absolutely insane.
Now, he was a total monster in this world.
His punch landed like a thunderbolt.
The CP0 agent had sensed the danger with Observation Haki and tried to dodge, but he completely misjudged the speed and power Renzo unleashed.
Boom!
With a sickening sound, the agent's skull cracked apart under Renzo's fist.
Dead instantly.
Renzo casually sidestepped to avoid the blood spray.
"What the hell?!"
The other CP0 agent was stunned, immediately jumping back with disbelief written all over his face.
"I gotta ask... are you guys really CP0? You're way too weak, man."
Renzo couldn't help but find it funny. Honestly, even he wasn't fully sure just how insane his strength had gotten after the Sage Mode upgrade.
That CP0 agent he just crushed? At best, he was around Vice Admiral level. Instant kill was only natural.
"I have to escape!!"
Without thinking, the remaining CP0 agent turned and bolted at top speed toward the harbor.
He knew he didn't stand a chance—he had to report back.
...Okay, fine, that was just an excuse. All the agents had live-feed Den Den Mushi recording everything anyway.
He just knew he couldn't win and wanted to get the hell out of there.
