Yona was already moving toward the control panel near the entrance. She flipped a switch, and to everyone's surprise, soft yellow light flooded the room from recessed ceiling fixtures. "Solar grid's still active," she murmured, tracing the wiring with her fingers. "Battery backups must be holding charge."
Carlos, one of the security team members, stepped forward. "I can clean up the solar panels outside—get them running at full capacity again." He nodded toward the roof. "Just needs some brushing off and maybe a few wiring checks."
