The first ascension trial opened up the possibility for Idan and Arabel to gain the "Bloodlines" function associated with the "Supreme Bloodline System". Thanks to this, they were able to keep their human bloodline as the main one and receive the auxiliary one obtained after taking the potion.
As they realized, without this function, they would have irretrievably lost their human bloodline, replacing it with a bloodline derived from potions.
However, as the saying goes, "a fly in the ointment," their first ascension trial also had a drawback related to memories. It was because of their memory problems that Idan and Arabel couldn't fully master their newfound bloodlines.
Currently, Idan has managed to deal with this, while Arabel has yet to do so.
