Kisame was slammed hard against the side of the rock wall.
Naruto and Killer Bee emerged from the waterfall.
"Huh?" Might Guy turned his head, looking toward the two from Amegakure. "Isn't that...?"
Everyone: "..."
Guy's eyes narrowed as he looked back at Kisame, who was covered in water droplets and dripping with thorns of Samehada's chakra.
"This guy looks familiar!" Guy frowned.
"Hmph! Seems you finally remember me now," Kisame said proudly, his head poking out like a cockroach.
"Wow! A pufferfish!"
Everyone staggered backward!
"No, ah—porpoise," Guy corrected awkwardly.
"Many rare creatures live in this world nowadays," Yamashiro Aoba suddenly eyed Kisame closely. "Is this a pufferfish? It should be delicious—!"
"Are you idiots?!" a Shinobi from the Cloud village shouted frantically, oil spilling from his cup.
"Yo~ This guy's Akatsuki's spy, yeah~ Chicken~ You're so beautiful~" Killer Bee sang gleefully, pointing at Kisame.
Suddenly, the shark skin peeled off Kisame's body and darted towards Killer Bee, slapping and clinging to him like a live thing.
"Sogar, sogar, did it penetrate your body? Oh, what a poor boy," Killer Bee laughed as he hugged Samehada tightly.
Naruto: "..." How disgusting!
The skinny ghost-like shinobi cursed under his breath, "Bastard, shark skin!"
Kisame reached under the waterfall and grabbed the hilt of Samehada, channeling Killer Bee's chakra through the shark skin.
"Hey! It's draining your chakra!" Naruto poked Killer Bee's side.
"Okay, okay~ Stop messing around," Killer Bee chuckled, running his hand along Samehada's scales.
Naruto sighed.
Suddenly, Naruto stomped hard on Kisame's chest, forcing him back underwater.
"Damn it! I didn't expect the Nine-Tails' jinchūriki to team up with the Eight-Tails' jinchūriki!" Kisame snarled, forming hand seals quickly. "Water Style: Suika Senpuu!" (Water Style: Water Demon Whirlwind!)
A water shark appeared out of the whirlpool, and Samehada latched onto it, flying out like a ghostly shark.
"Ah~" Naruto blocked a flame with one hand and eyed the shark carefully.
"Let's go!"
"Move quickly!" Yamashiro Aoba and the Cloud shinobi shouted.
"Yaoxi~!" Naruto bent his right knee slightly, propelling himself high into the air.
"Yo, hello!" Naruto flew alongside Kisame, who was also airborne.
"What?!" The ghost shark was stunned, growling, I am no human, and you are just a dog!
"Summoning Jutsu!" Kisame called, summoning a massive shark from the sea. He spat out a scroll and threw it into the shark's mouth, sending it plunging into the ocean.
"Huh~!" Naruto gave Kisame a disgusted glare. "I really wonder how your bodies work. You're always putting things in your mouths!"
"You didn't intercept that shark?" Kisame looked at Naruto in surprise.
"It was only information on the jinchūriki's whereabouts. I've already been planning to clear these troubles anyway," Naruto said, spreading his hands.
Boom~ The two fell onto the ocean surface simultaneously.
"Now that we're on the sea, I'm at an advantage!" Kisame grinned triumphantly and quickly formed hand seals again. He slapped the water's surface.
Thousands of water sharks made of chakra appeared instantly, attacking Naruto, and the sea surged violently.
Naruto yawned lazily, waving his hand. A massive wave rose high into the sky.
"Water Style: Water Wall!"
Countless water sharks were smashed by the huge current, crushed and dispersed into the ocean.
"Water Style: Great Shark Bomb!" Kisame formed seals quickly again. A gigantic chakra shark surged forward toward Naruto.
"Water Style: Water Dragon Bite!" Naruto formed a tiger seal with one hand. A massive whirlpool formed in front of him, and a towering water column knocked Kisame's shark into the air. The column rose high, twisting into a massive water dragon that lunged at Kisame!
"What?!" Kisame was shocked. "Impossible! Why is your Water Style so strong?!"
"But too bad, my Great Shark Bomb can absorb an opponent's chakra and grow stronger!" Kisame said proudly. "The stronger your ninjutsu, the stronger my shark will become!"
Suddenly, the water dragon violently tore the huge shark apart. Samehada's ghost shark was shocked.
"Impossible! It should have absorbed your ninjutsu!" Kisame yelled, stunned. "Why didn't the Great Shark grow bigger?!"
"Idiot!" Naruto pointed to the shadows beneath his eyes. "Have you ever heard of Sage Mode? It's rare, you know."
Roar~ The Sage Mode water dragon tore through the water shark and bit into Kisame!
"Impossible!" Kisame screamed as Samehada's ghostly form vanished into the sea.
"Huh?" Guy and the others approached Naruto. "Where's Kisame?"
"..." Naruto shrugged.
"He's dead," Naruto said flatly, spreading his hands.
"Where's the intelligence?" Kisame's subordinate spat. "Nani?!"
Not long after, aboard a giant clay bird, Deidara and Tobi were chatting happily.
"Looks like he's awake, Deidara," Tobi said with a smile.
"Seems I have to thank you for making me an ultimate artwork," Deidara said excitedly. "But the next step is an even bigger challenge!"
"Oh~ By the way, about your last explosion..." Tobi started.
"Did it attract the attention of the world?!" Deidara asked eagerly.
"No," Tobi said with a calm smile. "It seems it hasn't caught much attention in the shinobi world."
Deidara's face fell. "I told you! People don't understand! They need time!"
Suddenly, Onoki rushed over and punched through the clay bird's wing.
"What is this?!" Onoki felt the broken clay. "This isn't good for a clay clone!"
"Long time no see, old man," Deidara called out behind him. The giant clay bird transformed into a ball of clay, trapping Onoki tightly.
"Ha!!" A shout echoed from afar.
With a bang, the clay avatar exploded instantly!
Countless rocks scattered across the sky.
"It's really surprising, Deidara. I heard you were dead," Onoki said, floating down with his bodyguard, Kurotsuchi. "I didn't expect to see a clay clone."
"To each their own, old man. Your stone avatar isn't bad either," Deidara replied. "Looks like we think alike."
"Brother Deidara," a black-clad shinobi looked at him in surprise, "Didn't you die in the big explosion?"
"You're not dead!" Kurotsuchi said excitedly.
"Don't get too happy, Kurotsuchi," Onoki said, glaring at Deidara and Tobi. "Can't you see those black eyes? They're not alive — this is Edo Tensei from the Second Hokage!"
At that moment, a loud roar came from a distance.
"Looks like the preparations I left behind have taken effect," Tobi smiled at Onoki and the others. "Then, let's get going!"
Deidara suddenly lost control of his body and flew away, riding the giant clay bird...
