The sounds around him were clear in his ears, but Gio didn't pay attention to them if they weren't nearby. The world would be filled with explosions until he escaped.

The distance Gio made was worth almost nothing. The most he could do was try to inhibit Khan's path.

He summoned his energy, creating a bomb that dropped behind him and exploded, throwing a burst of light and energy into the forest and shaking the trees.
