Elena, the princess, was preparing for another day of lessons on how to be a good wife. At seventeen, she was expected to learn the skills necessary to become a dutiful partner. Her ladies-in-waiting helped her get ready, but Elena's mind kept wandering back to the disturbing dream she had the night before.
As she attended her classes, Elena found it difficult to focus. Her teacher, noticing her distraction, asked if everything was alright. Elena shook her head, attributing her lack of attention to fatigue.
The teacher continued, emphasizing the importance of respecting one's husband. Elena nodded politely, but her mind was elsewhere.
After the lesson, Elena decided to return to the palace. As she walked, she noticed a familiar figure - Lucas, the son of one of the king's advisers. She greeted him warmly.
Lucas smiled and said he wanted to have a few words with her. Elena's curiosity was piqued, and she wondered what he could want to discuss.
Lucas asked, "My princess, may I have a word with you? Let's take a walk." Elena agreed, and they strolled through the palace grounds.
Lucas, who was almost twenty, much older than the seventeen-year-old princess, looked at Elena with a serious expression. "My princess, I must confess that I'm interested in you. I like you a lot, and I want us to get to know each other."
Elena smiled politely, but firmly. "With all due respect, Lucas, I don't think this is the right time for you to say such things. I'm not really in the mood to respond right now, besides I don't think I am interested yet."
With that, Elena smiled again and walked away, leaving Lucas standing alone.
As Elena walked away, a black smoke emerged from one of the huge bush-like plant..a shadow seemed to be lurking around that area.Nobody noticed it, nobody felt anything.
Elena, however, felt a sudden presence, as if she was being watched. She turned back, and her eyes were drawn straight to the bush-like. But there was nothing there. She didn't see anything.
She wiped the sudden chill from her spine, wondering if she had just imagined the whole thing. Shrugging it off, she continued on her way, unaware of the unseen eyes that might still be watching her.
Elena headed to her mother's room, seeking comfort and companionship. She was scared to go to her own room, feeling a sense of unease after the strange occurrences.
As Elena entered her mother's room, she felt a sense of relief wash over her,she locked the door behind her.
A thick, black smoke suddenly emerged, moving with incredible speed through the hallways. It stopped at a particular spot and took the form of the devil Ramel.
Ramel looked around, a sly smile spreading across his face. He continued walking, passing through the corridors, but the servants and guards couldn't see him. He seemed invisible to the naked eye.
As Ramel walked through the hallway,he reached a particular corner. His ears perked up, allowing him to hear conversations from far away. He stood there, listening intently.
Ramel heard Elena's conversation with her mother. Her mother was preparing to meet the king, but Elena begged her to stay, confessing her fear and the lingering effects of her disturbing dream. Her mother reassured her, dismissing the dream as mere fantasy, and telling Elena there was no need to be scared.
Queen Sofia left the room, leaving Elena alone. Seeking distraction, Elena began searching for something to occupy herself. Suddenly, the warm room turned icy cold. She felt an eerie presence and saw a shadowy figure.
"Show yourself, coward!" Elena shouted, trying to sound braver than she felt.
The shadow began to take shape, forming into a creature with horns, wings, and a tail. Elena's heart racing, she tried to run to the door, but it slammed shut, trapping her.
A chilling voice spoke from the shadows, "You should welcome me, Princess."
Elena shivered, frozen in fear.
"Who are you?" Elena yelled, her voice trembling with fear. Her heart pounded in her chest as she struggled to catch her breath.
The voice responded, its tone dripping with malevolence, "I am the devil himself."
Elena's eyes widened in terror as she stumbled backward, her mind reeling with the implications. She remained frozen, panting, as darkness seemed to close in around her.

The guards and servants, alerted by Elena's screams, rushed to inform the king. Soon, the king, queen, and guards converged on Elena's door, but it was locked. The king ordered the guards to break it down, sensing Elena was in grave danger.
As they attempted to force the door open, Elena, still trapped inside, pleaded with the shadow, "What do you want from me?"
The shadow's voice sent chills down Elena's spine, its cold, menacing tone making her blood run cold. Suddenly, she felt an unseen force constricting her throat, choking her.
Outside, the guards struggled to break down the door, but it seemed to have become impossibly hard, as if held in place by an unseen force. The king, queen, and guards panicked, desperate to reach Elena.
Just as suddenly as it had begun, the choking sensation stopped. The room's warmth returned, and Elena collapsed, exhausted and terrified.
The door creaked open, and the king, queen and some guards rushed in, the king's face etched with worry. He found Elena lying on the floor, her breathing shallow and labored. He quickly scooped her up in his arms and rushed her to the physician's chambers.

In the physician's room, Elena received attention, and the physician soon announced, "Your Majesties. She is likely weak, she must have seen something that isn't meant to be seen..
The king and queen exchanged worried glances. The queen spoke up, "Your Majesty, I think we should consult the prophetess. Perhaps she can interpret Elena's dream and offer guidance."
The queen's voice trembled with self-blame. "I shouldn't have left her alone."
The king nodded resolutely. "I'll summon the prophetess immediately. We need to understand the meaning behind Elena's dream to determine our next steps."
The queen nodded in agreement and instructed her head servant, "Send for the prophetess at once."
