In the 24th minute, Bayern nearly finds a breakthrough – their left-back, joining the attack, whips a teasing cross into the Utrecht box. A cluster of players leap for it; the ball pinballs around and falls to Bayern's striker at the penalty spot. He swivels for a shot, but just then, the tall centre-back dives in with a last-ditch block, deflecting the ball away.
