Episode 21 : Tear Flower Poison
Ma Yongtao and the rebels injected the tear flower poison to Jinshui's friends and some girls from Haitang Sword Clan, forcing Jinshui to choose if he would save only his friends, or would also save the girls. Saving his friends only meant Jinshui would still be able to fight the Liangshan demons, but it would gain a bad reputation for the new Yumen Sect.
Jinshui calculated that although there was a slight possibility to save everyone it would cost him his life. Due to the limited amount of available antidote, he had to use his inner energy to absorb the poison into his own body, fuse the poison into his blood, and dispense the blood.
With the Liangshan demons waiting for the descendants for another fight during their weakest condition, Huang Yu used his secret weapon to disturb Jinshui's last effort, resulting in the poison turning into Xu Qiao's body.
Highlight, following the one in episode 9 :
Xu Qiao to Jinshui: "You said to me, one day if I can't adjust to your role as one of the Yumen descendants, I'm allowed to leave you at any time. These words also apply the other way around."
Episode 22 : Madam Wu
Ma Yongtao revealed that he was the direct disciple of Madam Wu, the wife of the late Yumen leader. He had no enmity with the descendants, and that everything he did was just to test Jinshui and friends.
Madam Wu arrived and gave severe punishment to the Liangshan demons.
Qingyi played some tricks on Jinshui's mind, making him question his own task to revive Yumen Sect and take his father's position as the leader. Xu Qiao's attempt to disenchant him failed and Jinshui left.
Highlight, following the one in episode 21 :
Jinshui to Xu Qiao : "I once said, if one day you can't adjust to my role as one of the Yumen descendants, you can leave me at any time. At this time, may these words be considered as never existed?"
Episode 23 : The Demon Head
Jinshui was captured and tortured by a madman in the deepest part of Poison Valley. The madman turned out to be Ma Yongtao's father and the original second member of Liangshan demons.
Jinshui and Ma Yongtao had to work together to subdue the madman.
Later they encountered Huan Jiaozheng, the leader of Everlasting Association, who was hunting the white steel fan, an artifact left by the Sword God.
Episode 24 : The White Steel Fan
Huan Jiaozheng was forced to forget about the white steel fan during a bet with Jinshui's subordinates.
Xu Qiao found Jinshui and helped to treat his broken leg. This should be her chance to make Jinshui leave his task as the main descendant of Yumen and retreat from the martial world. But she knew better.
Huang Zhe stole Jinshui's xuanlong sword from Xu Qiao.
Episode 25 : Lin Family's Son-in-law
Huang Yu agreed to marry Lin Xiaoyan after old Madam Lin found him hiding the girl inside an inn. Jinshui and Xu Qiao attended the wedding to meet Huang Yu and Lin Jixuan. They soon joined some other descendants and headed to their designated destination.
Xu Qiao realized that she couldn't ask Jinshui to leave his role as Yumen descendant because it would make Jinshui unhappy. Despite her dream to live a simple peaceful life with Jinshui, she had to return him to his friends.
author's note: I like the sweet moments here. Jinshui and Xu Qiao deserve their happiness.
