Delphine hadn't expected Ignatius Leclair would be in her room.
The small attic was previously used for storing plants and miscellaneous items. It wasn't spacious, just over twenty square meters. Ignatius sat on the lone carved wooden chair, his tall and lean figure exuding an overbearing presence, making the already cramped space feel even smaller.
"Why are you here?" Delphine frowned slightly and asked.
Ignatius had waited all afternoon, his patience already worn thin. Seeing her enter, instead of joy, he felt a hint of surprise. His handsome features darkened as he said, "Delphine Carter, I've waited five hours for you."
