Lucas paused, thinking to himself: Did I express myself too obscurely?
"Lily..." He stopped as soon as he started and then changed his approach, "Didn't you like a senior before? I mean, since he doesn't care about you, don't let yourself be wronged. He's just someone who doesn't deserve your dedication."
In Lucas's eyes, that senior was not at all worthy of Chloe Grant.
