White Castle.
Humming a tune, Avery walked into the room.
A maid was tidying up the desserts on the coffee table. As Avery passed by, she casually picked up a fork, stabbed a piece, and popped it into her mouth.
"Miss, that's..."
Avery replied, "What does it matter? It's not spoiled yet, right?"
With that, she walked happily deeper into the room.
In the bedroom, Lisa was arranging the bedding. Her gaze paused briefly on Avery as she walked in, then she smiled and said, "Looks like there's some good news. So, things are progressing smoothly?"
Avery twirled a strand of hair around her finger: "In the Shadow Land—oh no, in the entire Ancient Ruins—you can't find a girl more outstanding than me, can you?"
She picked up a mirror to take a look at herself, then turned back and said, "Can you? Really?"
"Haha!"
Lisa chuckled, "That calls for a celebration."
