Zain crossed his arms and looked at Velra.
"So," he asked, "how about the corpses? Did the girls manage to collect enough?"
Velra nodded confidently. "Yes, Master."
"Skybrand only attacked a few girls and we still have over 300 girls active here."
"So, even with a few injured, we managed to gather a good number of corpses."
Zain tilted his head. "Hmm… what kind? Heroes? Villains?"
Velra raised one finger.
"Mostly beasts. About [80%] are beast corpses."
"The rest are a mix of rogue heroes and weak villain squads."
Zain smirked. "That's fine. As long as they're corpses, they're usable for me."
He cracked his knuckles. "Show me the way."
Velra turned and motioned with her hand. "Follow me, Master."
She led him down a long hall, past resting girls, supply stacks, and a large sealed door at the end.
With a quick swipe of her badge, the door opened slowly.
The cold hit them first.
Inside, the chamber was dark and cold, lit by blue crystals in the corners.
