At Iris's words, Ed was momentarily stunned. He thought for a moment, assuming that Iris wanted to ask him something related to Hunter training.
Ed then responded, "We don't have to wait until evening. We can do it now, right here. I have other things to attend to later."
Immediately, Iris's eyes widened. She looked around, swallowed nervously, and uncertainly said, "Now? Right here?"
Seeing Iris's face turn red almost instantly, Ed felt something strange stir in his heart. He instinctively wondered if Iris had encountered some unspeakable issue during her training.
Realizing this, Ed spoke up, "If it's not suitable here, we can go to my room."
Iris nodded vigorously. How could such a thing happen in the lobby of an inn? Of course, it would be in Ed's room!
Her face burned with heat as she instinctively licked her lips, feeling a dryness in her mouth, her entire body growing warm.
