Cerillo was about to burst from frustration.
He had been sitting in his study trying to cool down, before making a call to James. It seemed like James was quite busy, he only answered the phone after quite a while.
Cerillo could immediately hear the booming music playing in the background, he complained, "You're truly busy. Out of sight, out of mind, huh? I'm not lending you my house in the future."
James let out a nervous laugh, "Don't, what brought on this call, landlord brother?"
Cerillo sulkily explained the situation about Kate visiting and Julissa getting angry.
James's eyes widened, "My God, the sister-in-law is jealous!" Cerillo had thought the same, "But she denies it."
"What a load of nonsense, who would admit they are jealous," James sounded quite pleased, "This is a good thing, if she's jealous, that means she harbours feelings for you. Since she has feelings for you, it is only a matter of time before she falls in love with you."
