John first wanted to find a way to keep Jason's and Tavros's Pets alive even after killing them.
He had two ways, and he planned to do both.
First, torturing them daily while giving them hope of getting out alive, and being willing to make them release the contracts of their Pet Monsters.
Second, by experimenting with their souls and learning more about this whole contract law, so he could find something to his advantage, and might even break the contracts forcefully to release Monsters since their soul power was sealed, and they wouldn't be able to stop him no matter what operations he performed.
There wasn't much he could do in an hour except look around and check out their souls.
Azelis arrived, so he went out of Monster Paradise to meet up.
Suddenly sensing John's presence, she turned her head and saw him forty meters away.
"How come you suddenly appeared?" Azelis asked in confusion as she blurred and appeared before John.
