Unbeknownst to Adrian, he had just become a man with a target on his back.
The next few days were spent in peace. Adrian would spend his days practising his sword techniques and alchemy, while his nights were spent cultivating inside the blood star.
Cultivating in the presence of the rainbow rose was much better than cultivating in his room, so the choice was a no-brainer. Of course, he had to take note of the time, he didn't want the kids to freak out if they one day came into his room and didn't find him there.
He obviously didn't want to inform them about the blood star. It wasn't that he didn't trust them, but that the information would do them no good. It might even bring harm to them.
