Chapter 67: Who Do You Think I Am?

Gojo Satoru paid no mind to Gakuganji's murderous glare, because Gakuganji couldn't kill him. He said calmly, "How could that be? I always speak the truth. I even specially brought our adorable student, Okkotsu Yuta."

"You mean... the one cursed by that special-grade hypothetical cursed spirit? What if he rampages here? You bastard!" Yoshinobu Gakuganji questioned in a low voice, his eyes fixed on Gojo Satoru as if demanding an explanation.

"How could that happen? Yuta-kun is very well-behaved. The banner of victory this year will definitely belong to our school." As Gojo Satoru spoke, he shouted to the group behind him, "Students, come over, put down your backpacks, and then you can go out and play!!"

"Yeah!!" the group cheered exuberantly.

This stunned the observing Kyoto students and teachers. Those folks from the Tokyo school seemed to have no pressure at all...

A blonde, blue-eyed girl with two pigtails, holding a broom, looked at Noritoshi Kamo beside her and complained, "They're really taking it easy, even though they've lost so many times."

"Don't be like that, Momo Nishimiya. Last year doesn't represent this year. These individuals are not to be underestimated." The man was dressed in a black and blue kimono, with a white cloth tied around his waist, and his long bangs were bound by two white cloths. His tone was light, gentle, and kind.

"Mm, only we will be victorious this year," a mechanical voice sounded. Momo Nishimiya and Noritoshi Kamo both looked at their first-year junior, Mechamaru. Honestly, they didn't know much about this junior who had arrived not long ago, only that he was a manipulated cursed corpse...

Gojo Satoru looked at Utahime Iori, who was beside Yoshinobu Gakuganji, and said, "How have you been lately?"

The woman, dressed in a white kimono and a long red skirt, with a scar on her face, said coldly, "Not great. Seeing an idiot like you just ruins my mood."

"Eh? I don't think I've provoked you recently. How about a smile? Frowning all day is bad for your health, you know~!"

"..."

Utahime Iori looked at the idiot before her and didn't want to say anything more. She said to Noritoshi Kamo, "Take them to rest."

"Yes, teacher."

Noritoshi Kamo walked forward and said to the approaching Tokyo students and Gojo Satoru, "This way, please."

Tatsuro glanced at Noritoshi Kamo, then turned to look at the tall Aoi Todo beside him and asked, "Is he very strong?"

"Passable."

Aoi Todo's "passable" directly shattered Noritoshi Kamo's composure. He grumbled inwardly, "We're supposed to be comrades from the same school, why are you dissing me?"

At the same time, he became quite interested in this black-haired, short-cropped youth. "Hehe, may I know your name, sir? I am Noritoshi Kamo."

"My name is Tatsuro, a first-year from the Tokyo school, here to make up the numbers," Tatsuro answered frankly. His reply didn't seem wrong; the third-years were away on missions, and there were only two second-years, so he and Okkotsu were naturally just making up the numbers.

"Making up the numbers, huh..." Noritoshi Kamo glanced at him but didn't say it out loud, instead starting to talk about nearby tourist attractions.

The group arrived at their assigned rooms. After tossing in their change of clothes for the next few days, they formed groups and went out. Gojo-sensei, however, was discussing something with the Kyoto principal and didn't go out with them.

Currently, in the Kyoto school principal's office, there were only two people, but the atmosphere was heavy. Even the summer flies detoured around the room, afraid of being caught in the crossfire.

Yoshinobu Gakuganji sat on the sofa, leaning on his cane with both hands, staring intently at Gojo Satoru. "If that special-grade hypothetical vengeful spirit rampages, our school has an obligation to exorcise it directly, to prevent future disasters!"

Gojo Satoru lay on the sofa, glanced at Yoshinobu Gakuganji, and spread his arms. "You still remember what I said back then, right? I'm on Okkotsu Yuta's side. I have no fondness for you stubborn, life-clinging old geezers who are afraid of death."

"Don't go too far!!" Yoshinobu Gakuganji gripped his cane and slammed it on the floor, as if a sore spot had been hit. "On what grounds can you ensure that child can control a special-grade vengeful spirit? If it rampages, it will be a devastating disaster for humanity! He should have been executed!!"

"Hoo~" Gojo Satoru exhaled lightly and said, "Who do you think I am?"

"You..." Yoshinobu Gakuganji's lips trembled, a look of shock in his eyes, yet he couldn't utter the next word for a long moment. Then, as if deflating, he sighed and said, "You'd better have made the right choice, Gojo Satoru. If Rika Orimoto rampages a second time, those people will do everything in their power to eliminate Okkotsu Yuta."

"No worries, no worries. Okkotsu isn't the main attraction this time," Gojo Satoru said nonchalantly.

"Oh!" Yoshinobu Gakuganji's interest was piqued. Even Okkotsu Yuta, who possessed a special-grade vengeful spirit, wasn't the main attraction? Could it be that among the other three, there was someone with even greater talent?

He asked, "Could you tell me so I can hear?"

"Heh, I won't tell." Gojo Satoru stood up, stretched, and walked out the door, saying, "You'll find out tomorrow."

"..."

Yoshinobu Gakuganji watched Gojo Satoru leave, picked up the teacup from the table, glanced at the green leaves floating on the tea, and after his thoughts calmed, took a light sip.

He said, "Tomorrow, we shall see who this 'hidden dragon' really is."

At the entrance of Takada-chan's concert.

Tatsuro looked at the ticket in his hand and asked, "Todo, how many of these do you have?"

"Not many, only managed to grab eight. My hand speed was a bit slow. I was originally thinking of keeping the rest as souvenirs, but since you're here, brother, let's watch together!" As Aoi Todo spoke, he looked at Okkotsu Yuta, who had been dragged along. "Don't be polite! My brother's brother is naturally my brother too. Takada-chan is very cute, you know!"

"Mm, mm..." Okkotsu Yuta looked at the ticket in his hand, feeling a surprising sense of anticipation. It was his first time attending a concert with friends.

Tatsuro, on the other hand, had grievances he couldn't voice. He originally didn't want to come and had never attended a so-called concert before, but under Aoi Todo's enthusiastic invitation, he had no choice but to come.

Honestly... this line is so long...

Tatsuro looked at the long queue waiting to enter the concert, recalling the scene of that 'fateful collision' with Aoi Todo back then. Only, this was much faster; just get the ticket checked and go straight in. Before, it was really slow...

The group followed the crowd into the concert hall, beginning their afternoon leisure time. Although they would be enemies tomorrow, today, they were still friends.

Takada-chan's singing echoed in everyone's ears. It had to be said, her voice possessed the liveliness and passion appropriate for her age. Tatsuro couldn't help but close his eyes to feel the music.

On stage, Takada-chan, with her twin pigtails, sang blood-pumping music, striking various cute poses from time to time, eliciting cheers from the audience below.

Aoi Todo, truly her number one fan, shouted the loudest, as if stirring his own youthful passion.

Okkotsu Yuta was completely awestruck by the scene. The glow stick in his hand also began to wave along with the crowd, thinking, "Well, since so many people are waving them, I should join in too."

The boisterous afternoon slowly faded away with the cheers.
