Struck by the blast, the Titan Giant Ape's gathered soul power instantly dispersed into raw spiritual energy. Its charging force collapsed, and it stumbled forward heavily, crashing face-first into the ground. Its massive, fur-covered head ended up less than five meters from the trio.
Yu Tianming turned to the slightly anxious Dugu Yan and gently said, "Yanyan, it's your turn. Go deliver the final blow and claim your seventh ring."
Dugu Yan didn't move right away. Instead, she stared at Yu Tianming in astonishment. "Tianming, what did you mean earlier? Xiao Wu is a hundred-thousand-year Soft-Boned Enchantress Rabbit, and Rongrong absorbed her ring to reach level 60?"
Yu Tianming nodded. "That's right. I've known about Xiao Wu's identity for a long time. When it was exposed, I simply let her sacrifice herself to Rongrong. This Titan Giant Ape was her companion."
With a silent nod, Dugu Yan stepped forward and activated her spirit, entering her possessed state. The external spirit bone from the Dark Devilgod Tiger behind her began to slowly extend and sway.
Though the Titan Giant Ape had lost consciousness, its body remained incredibly durable. An average Spirit Sage would find it difficult to even harm it. But Dugu Yan, having endured the trials of the Slaughter City for two years, had developed an acute understanding of anatomical weaknesses. And the Titan Giant Ape's body structure wasn't far from human—she knew exactly where to strike.

"Tianming, should I absorb the hundred-thousand-year ring right away?" she asked, her tone nervous.
"Of course. Go ahead—I'll guard you," Yu Tianming replied patiently.
Hearing this, Dugu Yan sat cross-legged and began drawing the red ring toward herself. Even though she already had several spirit bones, the moment she started the absorption process, her body began to tremble uncontrollably.
Yu Tianming's eyes narrowed slightly, surprise flickering in them. Even Tang San, after refining his body with Ice and Fire Immortal Herbs, and absorbing both Xiao Wu's ring and two hundred-thousand-year spirit bones, had nearly died trying to absorb his seventh ring—even with a divine-bestowed ring. Dugu Yan, facing a true wild ring from the Titan Giant Ape, was enduring it longer than expected.
Not wanting to risk her exploding on the spot, Yu Tianming raised a hand and sent a beam of holy white light into her body.

Normally, a 5,000-year seventh ring would only increase a soul master's level by two. Yet this hundred-thousand-year ring had pushed her four levels higher. It showed just how immense the energy contained in the Titan Giant Ape truly was.
Yu Tianming nodded and waved his hand. A yellowish-brown torso bone flew from the ape's corpse into his grasp.
"Yanyan, every hundred-thousand-year beast drops a spirit bone—and always the kind the soul master lacks. You're lucky—this one gave you a torso bone."
Taking the bone, Dugu Yan carefully examined it. It was a clear, earthy-brown color, semi-translucent. Just touching it, she could feel a gravitational field several times stronger than normal.
"Nice! Now I just need a skull and left leg bone to complete the set."
"No need to wait. Better absorb it now before anything happens."
She nodded, and under her guidance, the bone turned into yellow light and entered her body. Yu Tianming followed up with another surge of energy, helping the integration process.
"No wonder it's a hundred-thousand-year bone—it's so powerful."
Half a stick of incense later, Dugu Yan pressed a hand to her chest, beaming. "This spirit bone granted me two abilities. First, Titan Heavenshatter—a burst skill that channels all energy into one strike. Second, Gravity Mire—creates a field where gravity spikes or drops dramatically. The control effect is amazing!"
Yu Tianming smiled. "Perfect. Those two fill your last gaps—now you're complete."
Excited, Dugu Yan shouted, "Tianming, let me show you my martial soul true form!"
Her seventh red ring glowed, and she transformed into a giant deep-green serpent, coiled and glimmering with elegant, jade-like scales. Compared to Dugu Bo, her form was smaller and darker, but far more refined. One could instantly tell this wasn't on the same level as the Jade Phosphor Serpent Emperor.
"This feels weird… I really became a python. I feel so much stronger." The serpent opened its mouth slightly. "But Tianming, why is your martial soul true form so massive, and mine so small? I feel like a worm next to you…"
Yu Tianming chuckled. "That's probably a difference in martial soul attributes."
Before he could finish, Ning Rongrong clung to his arm. "Tianming-ge, you said you'd help me get a ring too! Yanyan got her hundred-thousand-year ring—what about mine?"
"Don't worry—it's close."
With that, the trio vanished again—reappearing at the heart of the Star Dou Forest.
Here, no towering trees grew. Only a vast, mirror-like lake stretched before them, radiating vitality. Gentle breezes danced across the surface, and the vibrant green waters seemed to embody the forest's very life force.
"What a sight… I never imagined there'd be a lake like this in the center of the Star Dou Forest," Dugu Yan murmured in awe.
Ning Rongrong inhaled deeply. "No wonder this place is claimed by hundred-thousand-year beasts. Just breathing here feels amazing."
Yu Tianming smiled and pointed at the lake. "This is where the true overlord of the Star Dou Forest lives. Titan Giant Ape? Nothing but a guard dog. Rongrong, your ring is in that lake."
Before they could react, a powerful spatial ripple burst out from Yu Tianming.
Crack! A vortex appeared in the center of the tranquil lake, then vanished within moments. And in front of Yu Tianming, a massive white blob emerged—with a ridiculously sleazy voice:
"What the hell?! I actually escaped that cursed place and saw sunlight again?! Too bad I can't cry—otherwise I'd be bawling right now!"
It was a chubby white silkworm, over a meter wide and seven meters long, wriggling on the ground. Its jade-white body shimmered, flawless and glossy. Twin golden eyes sparkled on its head. Despite being a soul beast, it looked like an oversized caterpillar.
The instant it appeared, frost spread across the ground, and even Ning Rongrong shivered uncontrollably.
"Hey, human! Get your filthy foot off me, I'm—"
Before it could finish, terrifying auras erupted from beneath the lake. Yu Tianming's eyes narrowed, and with a casual wave of his sleeve, he transported all three—plus the giant silkworm—away.
Inside the Water World, they landed on the expansive Blue Silver Grass plains.
Realizing the sudden shift in space, the silkworm raised its head. "A spatial transfer? And you brought me along? You must be at least a Title Douluo—but why can't I sense your power?"
"This… thing can talk? Is this my sixth spirit ring?" Ning Rongrong asked, dumbfounded. "It looks so weak. And that voice is so gross!"
The silkworm puffed up proudly. "Let me introduce myself—I am the embodiment of heroism and chivalry, the soul beast king of wisdom and beauty, an unmatched being who has lived for a million years: the Heavenly Dream Ice Silkworm! You can call me Brother Heavenly Dream!"
"Million-year soul beast?!" Ning Rongrong and Dugu Yan gasped in unison.
"Yep," it said smugly. "I'm the first of my kind—so gorgeous, right?"
Ning Rongrong looked repulsed and turned to Yu Tianming. "This soul beast is so pervy! Are you sure I can really use it as my ring?"
Yu Tianming chuckled and patted her back. "No idea who it takes after. A talking, lecherous worm. But yes—it's a genuine million-year soul beast. It probably only has a few thousand years left to live, so it's a perfect match for your sixth ring."
"I might only have ten thousand years left, but I won't become the ring of some brat who looks down on me!" the silkworm huffed.
For most beings, ten thousand years is eternal. But to the Heavenly Dream Ice Silkworm, it was a death sentence.
"You sure about that?" Yu Tianming narrowed his eyes, and an overwhelming pressure exploded from him. The silkworm froze instantly, trembling, its golden eyes filled with human-like terror.
