Sylvia returned to her room, closing the large wooden door slowly until only the soft rustle of magical chains could be heard. The room was spacious yet quiet, with dark gray stone walls and minimalist furniture in deep black hues. The blue fire in the corner hearth was still burning, casting a dim light that reflected off the black marble floor.
She walked over to a small table beside the bookshelf. There, a kettle filled with water was already prepared, as usual. She picked it up and placed it on a stand near the fireplace, then lit the nether flame. The flame was bluish-purple, smokeless, and burned hot enough to heat metal or water without damaging the furniture thanks to its controlled nature.
