The room was dim and the only light that illuminated the room was the desk light.
Sounds of heavy breathing disturbed the otherwise silent room.
Alex positioned in the middle of the room, his body dripping with sweat as he held his position. Suddenly his bare feet that were facing the ceiling slowly moved towards the floor. His arms shook as they continued to support his weight, and his spine arched while moving his legs.
Just as his feet were close to touching the floor, he paused, Holding the handstand for a moment as he slowly counted the seconds pass in a low voice,
"….58, 59, 60."
His labored voice sounded as he finished his counting.
As soon as he was done, he slowly straightened his handstand and brought his knees close to his face and held the position again.
The counting started again, his voice slowly counted to a minute.
After he was done with his exercise, Alex moved to his wooden desk and took a seat on the chair.
