Jin Woo stood at the altar, trying to calm his nerves as he adjusted the cuffs of his suit. The soft sound of classical music filled the grand wedding hall, and the scent of fresh white roses lingered in the air. Sunlight streamed through the glass windows. Ha-ni and Ha-neul were already standing in front of him, their little hands tightly gripping their flower baskets and ring box. Ha-ni kept fidgeting with her dress, while Ha-neul stood perfectly still, taking his role as ring bearer very seriously. Guests whispered excitedly among themselves, eyes occasionally drifting towards the aisle, waiting for the moment the bride would walk down.
Jin Woo's hand twitched slightly. He glanced at his phone one more time, hoping he'd imagined the message he'd seen earlier. But there it was again, clear as day: Na-ri's missing.
His heart dropped like a stone in his chest. The air seemed to thicken around him, making it harder to breathe.
