The novel showcased Cardmaster–a criminal who leaves nothing but a trail of cards after each crime as a sign of his presence. Her novel hit the shelves of stores soon after its release.
The cover of the novel showcased detailed patterns of mandala art arranged in a unique way and the card–Ace of Diamonds, lying under the font.

Everyone fell in love with Aditi Rathore's latest novel! Every twist was unpredictable. And the crimes? They were so realistic, that they almost felt real…
Everything was going perfectly until…
Months later after the release of the novel…
Evening time…
A party was thrown by Mumbai's successful businessman Mr. Malhotar's family in a luxurious hotel. The party was arranged in the open garden hall of the hotel. It was celebrated like a grand celebration. The hall was decorated with soft golden lights with soft music being played in the background. There were food counters which served different varieties of snacks, sweet dishes and continental food. And the famous host, Karan who was conducting the program.
Actually, it was Mr. & Mrs. Malhotra's fiftieth wedding anniversary.
After everyone ate dinner, the host played many games with the guests and everyone enjoyed it.
"Now lets begin with the most interesting part of the show! Which is…" the host, Karan said and paused for a moment to create suspense. After that he said,"Which is the Magic Show!"
But instead of getting delighted the children frown.
"But Mr. Host we know how the magic tricks work so what's new in it?" One boy said to the host.
"He's right, because of social media platforms everyone knows the magic tricks. It's obvious that they will find it boring if they know what's going to happen next… but first let's answer him." Karan thought to herself.
"Young gentleman, I understand it but not this time. You will actually find the magic show interesting and like the show!" Karan said to that boy.
"Are you going to guarantee it?" The boy asked.
"Yes young gentleman I guarantee it." Karan said to him.
"Okay fine! But remember you can't change the words you said." Boy said to him.
"Yes, yes…" Karan said to him.
"I did say this but… but I am not sure if they would like the magic show. What if they don't like it? If they really don't like this show then I am done… No! No! No! I need to control myself!" Karan thought to himself trying to control his internal panic. After calming himself down he said, "Now let's begin with the show!"
"Wait… wait! Where the hell is that magician?!!" Karan thought to himself while he panicked.
Karan looked around and found one of the staff members. "Excuse me, can you please tell me where the magician is? It's getting late for the show." He asked the staff member.
"Okay sir I will send the magician as soon as possible." The staff member said to Karna.
After a while the magician came.
"Huh? A female magician? This is new… I never got the chance to host a show with a female magician." Karan thought to himself.
The magician was a female magician around the age between twenty-three to twenty-four. Like other magicians she wore a top hat that was decorated with a red rebon on it, a white shirt, black pant and a black blazer on the top of shirt, a black bow tie and white gloves in her hands which gave her a clean look. But she was also wearing a black masquerade mask with golden finishing on it which covered her face. And she wore a playing Card of number 7 on the blazer as a brooch this all gave her an elegant look.
"Let's begin the magic show with the introduction of the magician!" Karan said to the audience with a warm smile. Please introduce yourself, Miss magician." He said while gesturing to the magician to begin with the introduction.
The magician gave a quick but unnoticeable nod and began with the introduction.
"A very good evening to all the Ladies and Gentlemen present over here I am Magician Miss Seven and today I will be presenting some of the best magic tricks." Magician Miss Seven said to all the audience.
"This magic show will be one that no one will ever forget. This will be fun!" She said with a mischievous smile, thinking to herself.
The real game is about to begin...
