Guy stood frozen in place, unable to believe that he, who had trained so hard, was defeated by Rinsu in a single move. This was a significant blow to Guy. After Rinsu pointed out his shortcomings, Guy's surging passion immediately vanished, and he sat on the ground, unresponsive.

It was demoralizing, but Rinsu had to point it out, because it was good for Guy. While actual combat could improve fighting experience, given Guy's current strength, it was better for him to quietly train.

"If you feel my words hurt your pride, then I apologize."

Rinsu spread his palms, looking at the dazed Guy, his tone becoming stern:

"But you're still too weak right now. I'm sorry, that's what I truly think. If you're not convinced, you're welcome to challenge me anytime."

"1"

"2"

After speaking, Rinsu continued his interrupted training, letting the devastated Guy slowly reflect on the previous fight and his words.

"I will, Uchiha Rinsu! I will definitely defeat you! From today onwards, I will strive with the goal of defeating you!!!"

After a long while, Guy, still sitting on the ground, slowly came to his senses. He yelled with a red face and immediately ran off, leaving Rinsu, who was doing frog jumps, startled.

'Isn't your goal Kakashi? How did it shift to me?'

This made Rinsu somewhat speechless, but it didn't matter. Challenging him would only become increasingly difficult. Guy would find that what he said today was destined to be impossible to achieve.

"Haven't you watched enough, Kakashi?"

After Guy left the training ground, Rinsu didn't stop training, but during his jumps, he casually asked, as if talking to thin air.

As time went on, Rinsu's strength gradually increased, and his control over the Sharingan and Byakugan also strengthened. His sensory abilities improved, making it easy for him to spot Kakashi hiding nearby. Rinsu had noticed Kakashi from the moment Guy began to challenge him.

"Your strength is formidable."

Hiding in the shadows, peeking, and then being discovered, Kakashi felt a little embarrassed. He walked out from behind a large tree not far away, a subtle blush on the half of his face that wasn't covered.

After graduating from the academy, Kakashi, under the title of a genius, began to perform missions. He quickly found that things were far from as simple as he imagined. Since he didn't have a fixed team, he could only join temporary squads to do missions.

However, a genius from the academy joining a squad mid-way turned into a burden. It seemed everyone disliked him, but due to certain reasons, they didn't express it directly. Still, hidden sarcastic remarks were unavoidable. Anyone joining mid-way usually encountered such things; newcomers being mocked by veterans was commonplace.

In this particular mission, an unpleasant incident occurred with his teammates. After submitting the mission report, Kakashi came to the training ground, but he didn't expect to see Guy inviting Rinsu for a spar. But everything that happened next left Kakashi speechless. This was no spar; it was simply a one-sided massacre!!

"Thanks for the compliment." Rinsu smiled faintly, clearly not taking it to heart.

Kakashi raised an eyebrow, naturally seeing that Rinsu didn't care about it. If it were anyone else receiving Kakashi's praise, they might be very happy, but Rinsu wasn't. Kakashi was a genius, true, but was he any worse? Clearly not. There were some things Rinsu wouldn't contend for because it was meaningless, but that didn't mean Rinsu didn't care.

"Then, stop your boring training. How about we spar?"

Kakashi, a man of few words, raised an eyebrow, a kunai flashing into his hand, and challenged Rinsu.

"Oh?!"

Stopping his frog-jump training, Rinsu was surprised. The great genius Kakashi would actually challenge him? If his classmates at the academy knew, their jaws would probably drop.

Standing up and stretching his limbs, Rinsu grinned. "Although it will interrupt my training and take some time, this suggestion seems good."

Again, while he wouldn't actively seek it, it didn't mean Rinsu didn't care.

"Alright, let's begin." Kakashi gripped the kunai in his hand, not underestimating Rinsu in the slightest, and adopted a serious fighting stance.

Today seemed to be getting more and more interesting. Rinsu smiled and nodded. "Okay, let's start."

A kunai also appeared in Rinsu's hand. However, what displeased Kakashi was that Rinsu's gaze seemed to carry a hint of mockery, yes, mockery. Kakashi was sure he hadn't misjudged.

This made Kakashi, who was used to being praised and noticed everywhere he went, unable to stand it. So, after the two kunai dropped at the start, the battle erupted.

"Clang!!"

Graduating with the title of genius, Kakashi's strength was very strong compared to his peers. However, Rinsu was even more abnormal. The two short figures collided, and the kunai clashed with a crisp sound.

Rinsu did not use his Sharingan or Byakugan.

A tremendous force was transmitted through the kunai to both their arms. Kakashi's eyes, which were usually difficult to open wide, were now fully dilated. He couldn't believe that Rinsu's speed and strength were even greater than his own. He had launched the first attack, but Rinsu had moved later and arrived first, covering a greater distance than himself. This was enough to show that Rinsu's speed was faster than his!!

Besides speed, the power transmitted through the kunai almost made Kakashi's kunai slip from his hand.

"It's not good to get distracted during a fight."

Noticing the shock in Kakashi's eyes, Rinsu smiled and teased, his right hand's kunai flashing like lightning and sweeping past his left hand.

Kakashi was instantly startled, realizing his carelessness. He had actually been distracted during battle. Using the lingering recoil, he quickly retreated. A flash of light passed by. Rinsu stood still with his kunai, not pursuing.

Kakashi's face was grim. That last move, if he hadn't reacted fast enough, would have been big trouble. Even so, Kakashi's clothes were cleanly sliced from his shoulder to his waist by the kunai.

Fast, fierce, accurate!

In just an instant, Kakashi witnessed Rinsu's formidable strength.

"If, hypothetically, my kunai had gone two centimeters further, what would have happened?" Rinsu's kunai quickly spun in his hand, carving out several blade flowers.

"..." Kakashi's face was dark; he didn't answer. The answer was obvious: two more centimeters, and he would have a fatal wound.

One strike and the difference was clear. For Rinsu, Kakashi was still too green. Even with a powerful father's guidance, he still had many weaknesses.
