From the outside, something explode, a dozen or so magic circle shine outside and people in black hood start to appear.
"Terrorist." Azazel said while looking outside.
"I'm every era, whenever the power sue for peace, you can be sure there'll be some whonget in the way."

"Judging by the power they're putting out, I'd guess that each has Magical Abilities comparable to a mid level Devil." Rias said.
"They shouldn't be able to damage us here, thanks to the strong defense that Sirzechs, Michael, and I put up." Azazel said.
"But it does seem like we're atuch in here, then.."
"But how they stop time though?"
"I'm thinking they forced 'Foevidden Balor View' into it's Balance Break Mode using either Magic or a power transferring to Sacred Gear."
"The Balance Break form is only temporary, but it would let freeze everyoin sight."
"I guess they found that user and using him or her."
"What!" Rias's demonic aura explode, she is looking angry right now.
"How they use my Peerage like this!"
"This terrorists are in the Old School Building, using My Peerage as a weapon! I've never been so humiliated like this!"
Azazel look outside and said." Looks like our force stationed outside are all frozen too. Your peerage is frightful strong."
A small magic circle form on Azazel's finger and then light sword start to come down from the sky killing all the terrorist around them.
"Wow! You took em down in a flash!" Issei said.
"They're appearance inside the barrier, that means one of them must have made a gate connecting this territory to the outside."
"If they manage to power up Forbidden Balor View' Amy more, it might even freeze one of us, who erected this barrier." Azazel said.
