Chapter 4 - Starscream

[System points: 556,463 Cp]

[Starscream PoV]

Waking up on an alien planet and the first thing I saw is this creature that looks like one of those humans. Yet something was off. As clear as I can recall, humans should be a more diminutive species from what is recorded in my database, and not the same size as myself, a proud Decepticon from Cybertron.

He has black hair with the side bangs having a metallic grey color. A very average looking face, wearing a grey shirt and baggy jeans.

"Hey you, You're finally awake. Your antics finally annoyed Megatron to the point where he decided to simply scrap you into pieces. So, how is it to be reincarnated as a pseudo-Cybertronian? A Cybertronian hybrid to be exact." This large human sat next to me looking at me if I was some kind of laughing stock. Yet when I grasped what he just said, it gave me a bad premonition.

First of all, he claims that I have died by Megatron's hands. Yet I couldn't recall much from my memory core.

When I put a hand to my head out of habit, I suddenly noticed what I saw in front of my face was a tanned fleshy human hand and not the metallic hand that I'm used to.

"Aaaahhhh!? what in the name of the Allspark is this?" I jumped up not knowing what to make of the situation. Then I noticed that my body felt different as well as every part of me.

The human held up some kind of board with a light reflecting surface, while allowing me to look at myself. What I saw on the reflecting surface was the face of a human staring right at me.

"Why in the universe have I become a disgusting human?" I shrieked out in disbelief. "What have you done to me!" I questioned the human next to me.

The human raised his hands in a placating gesture while having an annoying smile. "I brought you back to the livings. Even though the age of Cybertron has ended, the essence of the Allspark continues like it always does, only it's in an ascended state of existence at the current time." He then continued to explain how Cybertron no longer exists and how the Allspark and Unicron fused together and vanquished Cybertron and all cybertronians in its aftershock. Thus, forcefully reuniting the sparks of all cybertronians back to its source and resetting everything back to zero.

He claims to be an individual able to harness the power of the Allspark in small amounts and use his connection with the Allspark to bring me back to life.

"To put it bluntly, it is the war between the Autobots and the Decepticon that ultimately led to the downfall of cybertron and the entire cybertronian race. The main two factors of conflict are the division in ideology that started the war and the fight over Energon that ultimately became the catalyst for Cybertron's ruin and led to the Allspark and Unicron fuse together and resetting all Cybertronian life back to a state of non-existent." The human concluded his story of how cybertron is destroyed.

"This still doesn't explain why I have become a human!" I fumed.

"No, you are not a human. You are what is known as a pseudo-Cybertronian. A Cybertronian that has the basic abilities of biological lifeforms." He explained.

The war was over. Cybertron—dust. Megatron—gone. The Decepticons—scattered to time. And here I stood, reawakened in a world not my own, in a body too alien from what I'm used to, facing this individual who brought me back from the dead.

"What are you up to?" I questioned skeptically, folding my arms. I could feel the energon coursing throughout my veins within, though it wasn't what I was used to. It is a novel experience, but I will not admit it.

"My goal is to gather resources from this world and prepare to make a voyage beyond the stars and one day build the cybertronian empire. With my connection to the Allspark it will be possible." He declared proudly.

I stared at him in silence. This… thing. So proud. So certain. It would've been laughable if it weren't so pitiful.

"Your connection to the Allspark?" I echoed at last, a sneer curling at the edge of my mouth. "How quaint. You are a delusional fool to think that."

His smug smile didn't fade.

"You think bringing me back to life gives you my loyalty? Think again." I turned slightly, my gaze cast toward the horizon. "There is nothing without Cybertron. And Cybertron is gone." I said with bitterness in my tone.

He stood there, waiting for more. But I was done with this buffoon.

The air shifted around me as I instinctively knew how to transform into vehicle mode. My arms and legs tucked in and my body was engulfed in a purple light before I felt my body expanding and changed into that of a sharp formed aerial vehicle.

"You build your imaginary empire by yourself."

The roar of my engines swallowed the rest. I took to the skies without another word, leaving the island and the fool to his delusions.

[Sam's PoV]

Watching Starscream transform from human to fighter jet in a flash and flying off this island didn't sour my mood in the slightest. It's all according to plan.

It was no surprise seeing Starscream leaving me stranded. It doesn't matter in the slightest, since I didn't infuse much Energon into Starscream's body. Thanks to my robot brain, I estimate that she can still fly for about ten minutes before running out of Energon. And judging by her speed, she would fall into the sea around 500km far from this island.

Since this island is close to the calm belt. If she is unlucky, she would become a delicious morsel for a sea king.

Would I feel regretful letting Starscream die like this? Not really.

In the system shop there is a neat little item that allows me to revive fallen Subordinates.

Priced at 1,000 Cp, this little trinket let's me revive Starscream with all her memories before her demise. All I need to do is to wait for a while before using the item.

Then again, It would cost me 3,000 CP to max out Starscream's loyalty factor to me, and I didn't want to spend that amount of Chaos points for something I could get for a bit of extra effort.

There is also the cheaper revival alternative that wouldn't let the resurrected subordinate keep it's memories. Costing only 700 Cp.

Once Starscream figures out that I'm the only source of Energon in this world, she would be heavily dependent on me. Even if my plan fails, I still have a backup plan if Starscream decides to go rogue.

The system has a function to let me terminate my subordinates at any time anywhere, but like all things from this system, I would need to spend 100 Chaos points to terminate anyone. And this function doesn't work on those that are native to this world.

While Starscream is off to get herself killed. I will just have to wait for her to run out of Energon and become fish food. Meanwhile, I will be practicing my sea stone powers and get used to my Cybertronian strength.

To be sure she would perish in the middle of nowhere, I decided to wait until tomorrow to resurrect her. Besides, a little bit of abuse would improve Starscream's character a bit.

Unlike Megatron, I'm not a tyrannical bag of ruthless ambition that expects absolute obedience and works my minions like cattle.

I am far more subtle when it comes to it. Megatron would have beaten Starscream into submission if she showed Megatron the same attitude she showed me. Myself on the other hand, let's Starscream suffer her own foolishness before she decides to serve me out on her own.

AN: I had an intense moment of inspiration and pulled an all nighter. You are welcome.

I'm debating with myself if I should Genderbend Luffy, so Sam can do a Dio reference later on in the story.

Also, what kind of Vehicle mode should Sam have as his transformation?

Any suggestions on where to go in the east blue, aside from the places the Mc's went during their Journey?

Your comments give me ideas and fuel my motivation to write more.
