In a forest far from all society, be it big cities, small cities or even villages, Renkai Creatures roamed the place, looking for animals or humans to feed on, mainly humans.
One of these demonic creatures was looking for some food, following only its survival instincts. It was very uncomfortable to think that that Renkai Creature was once a *human*.
Suddenly, that same creature was attacked by a... girl? That fact was not strange, but what was that girl.
Her body was hairy, like an animal, her nakedness was easily covered by that black hair. She was also a Renkai Creature, but strangely human and conscious.
She walked through the forest, eliminating and consuming all the other demonic creatures that were present. Then, holding the paw of that Renkai Creature, her orange eyes shone upon seeing a... library? In the middle of an isolated forest? Well, that 'girl' seemed to recognize that structure from afar.
She was walking past the library entrance, which had its doors open. There was a man at a counter.
He had long dark hair, one of his eyes was covered by a kind of eye patch, the other was a grayish color. One of his arms was a bionic prototype (he was writing something in a small notebook), his other arm was normal, with a strong appearance, not so toned (where he was resting his chin on his palm).
His clothes were a black overcoat, his shirt was a dark red, his pants were also black, if we were to try to guess his age by his appearance, it would be about 20 to 25 years old.
Sensing the girl's presence, he raised his head, seeing her with no emotion on her face, stopping writing and speaking in a neutral tone.
- "Shaphira? Did you manage to finish your hunt?" the man asked.
The girl, now called Shaphira, sat on the floor, placing the demon's paw on the ground, as if she were giving it a little gift.
- "Yes, master. I'm already satisfied." Her tail wagged, she seemed excited to be in the man's presence.
That was strange, it wasn't enough that the Renkai Creature was somewhat human, but still so... obedient and submissive. These creatures would normally be instinctively aggressive and without any conscience.
But the man didn't seem to care. He stood up, going to Shaphira, who by the looks of it, seemed to be about 18 years old.
- "Congratulations, you've already brought us some meat and you've also eaten, you deserve to take a bath." He puts his hand on her head, caressing her.
Despite her emotionless expression, there seemed to be great affection in that gesture, even if the man himself didn't understand it.
- "Yes, can you give me a bath today?" She rubs her face in the man's hand.
- "No problem."
Shaphira seemed very excited and happy, her tail wagging excitedly and she began to follow the man, who was leaving the library. He approached a nearby river, starting to take off his clothes.
Shaphira watched the man take off his clothes, without any shame or malice, as if it were something natural for both of them.
- "Master, don't you need me to give you a bath too?" Shaphira asked.
- "No."
When he took off his clothes, he showed a toned body, with several scars around his body structure.
He entered the river, with Shaphira sitting on his lap, curled up and lying with her face on his chest, looking completely comfortable.
- "I like taking a bath with you, Master."
- "..."
The man just closed his eyes and began to give Shaphira careful caresses on her body, it was like a father taking care of his daughter.
Shaphira was almost asleep there, feeling her furry body being caressed, her tail curled in the man's hand, as if asking for more affection.
- "How nice, master." She smiled, letting out a yawn, her ears swinging slightly.
After a few minutes, the man had left the river, standing in front of the sun, already dressed.
Shaphira had also left, standing next to the man, now standing, swinging to get the water off his body hair.
- "It's much better to bathe in the river than in the library, isn't it, master?" Shaphira asked.
- "I think it's better inside the library." He said.
- "I like it better in the forest, it's more natural." Shaphira crossed her arms.
The man didn't say anything else, just nodded, as if he was partially agreeing.
The two of them stood in front of the sun for a few more minutes, then Shaphira looked at him, letting out a yawn.
- "Can I have a little nap, master?" She asked, looking sleepy.
- "Yes."
Shaphira let out another yawn, hugging the man from behind.
- "I'm going to return to my form and rest a little."
She moved away from him, then her body began to change, as if she were manipulating her own Renkai Energy, returning to her original form.
It was a fox, it still had its black fur and its eyes were still orange, it was not that absurdly big or small, but it was bigger and much stronger and more lethal than a common fox.
She got between the man's legs, letting him mount her to start moving.
After arriving at the library again, the man noticed the Renkai Creature's paw that Shaphira had brought earlier on the ground.
"I think I forgot to take this off." He gets off Shaphira, picking up his paw from the ground, giving it to the girl.
In her Renkai Creature form or just animalistic, she eats the man's paw and licks his hand.
- "Go rest, young lady." The man says, letting Shaphira lick his hand.
Shaphira rubbed her snout against his leg, starting to climb to the second floor of the library and going to the room where the two usually sleep, arriving at the man's bed and starting to sleep there.
The man, now alone, took a book from the shelves and sat on the bench, starting to read and make some notes about that book.
The hours passed, night approached and the rain began. At that moment, the man closed the book and the small notebook. Taking an umbrella and taking one last look at the room, seeing Shaphira sleeping comfortably, that made the man feel relieved, even without showing anything on his face.
He opened the library door, feeling the cold wind on his face, he closed the door. starting to walk through the forest in that rain, as if it were a moment of peace for the man... for now.
Suddenly, as the man walked, a portal ended up opening right in front of him, making him stumble and fall into a dimension...
