Shizuka finds Weird as she didn't understand Kaneki's behaviour just now but she didn't question it Since she thought that there must be a reason, so she did not ask any more questions about that

"Shizuka-sensei, can you please first take me to my home because I wanna Check on my family," Rei said she was worrying about her parents back home
Previously since she was too focused on Survival She did not have time to think about someone else but since she is safe now, she couldn't help but worry about her parents
"mine too," Saya said as she also worried for her parents at this point, especially after hearing what just Rei said
Saeko dont have the same worries as these people because she knows her family is safe since they are not currently in Japan making her relief, so she is fine with any plan among them as long it is not suicide
"First stop At any grocery store," Kaneki said this to Shizuka since his priority right now was to stay under control but for that he needed to get coffee as soon as possible
"but-" Saya spoke as she wanted to complain About what Kaneki just said but quickly Stopped as soon remembered he was the one who saved them
Even though she might be rude most of the time due to how she speaks towards her fellow classmates still she isn't dense enough to not know who saved her today
And is the the same with Rei as she also wanna complain but does not actually speak a single Word since she is also known with whose help they are still alive
"Kan-chan~ don't you think you should address me properly when you are asking something?~" Shizuka asked this as she looked like she had no intentions of driving a car unless he spoke like how she wanted
Even though at first she herself was confused as to why he wanted to go there but soon She was able to guess the reason for his request and still wanted to speak like she wanted if he wanted to go there
'She is stubborn even In times like these' Kaneki Couldn't help but say this in his mind as he complaint Since even at times like these She is still like everyday Shizuka
*Sigh*
"big sister, can you take me to the grocery store," Kaneki said after he released a tired sigh as he did what just Shizuka wanted since otherwise she wouldn't be taking him where he wanted
"Thats more like~" Shizuka replied as she was satisfied with his reply and then finally Started the car engine
"I never thought I would say it before but I finally know how awesome Shizuka-sensei is," Rei said in a very low tone to Seako and Saya
Meanwhile, both of them nodded their heads as they never expected him to be obedient in front of Shizuka
Even though Rei's voice was low tone still Kaneki able to hear it clearly not because of his sharp ears but rather it was due to the fact that they were just sitting behind him, so even a normal person could hear them easily
"Fufu~" Shizuka laughed a little since she also clearly heard what just those girls As After hearing that she couldn't help but feel proud
Shizuka finally started to drive as all of them looked outside of the widow And felt horrified about the condition of the city
They didn't see any living person as zombies were roaming around but luckily Shizuka is a capable driver to avoid them whenever they tried to run towards the car after hearing the sound
Other than zombies, they could only see burning buildings and Collapse structures seeing all these they couldn't help but think whether they had come to some horror movie
Seeing this only makes Saya And Rei more worried about their families especially Rei since her parents are normal people
somehow They calm themselves down Thinking that their families must have gone to a safe place By now but again it is just because they want to think as they do not have any idea where or how their families are
doing
"Thank You very much for saving us" Rei spoke this as she finally expressed her gratitude for saving them even Though still in mind she was about her parents but she wanna thank the person Who saved her otherwise she wouldn't Be even alive to worry about her parents
"Yeah, thank you very much" Saeko also spoke this as she thanked him because she was also grateful for his assistance otherwise she never Imagined how would they get out of that situation
