Chapter 62 - Four Cosmos Arc Chapter 15: Winds Rising, Clouds Surging 1

Slin's probing had already pinged Earth's defense fleet. Though their scan wave briefly swept over China, a sharp radar observer caught it and reported up the chain. A-Hu, fresh off alien intrusion intel, acted fast. Who knows if they're linked?

"Where'd that wave come from?" the radar station chief asked, leaning over the observer.

"Haven't pinned it yet," the observer reported truthfully.

"Alright," the chief mused. "HQ's pressing hard. Let's scan Earth's surface fully—see what we catch."

The observer's eyes lit up. Brilliant. It'd save heaps of hassle. "Got it, I'm on it!" he said, eager.

In these tense times, the chief was rattled. Earth's other nations were under tight surveillance, and that wave wasn't Earth tech—it was high-grade, used by cosmic powers. In the Milky Way, only Sky Dragon Empire operated here. This meant an alien nation slipped past their lines into Earth.

"Any progress on the wave's source?" the chief asked, approaching the radar tracker.

"Director, nothing yet. It appeared briefly, then vanished. We're analyzing its trace—needs time," an operator replied.

"Report the second you've got something," the chief ordered.

While radar crews hustled, I, Sky Dragon Empire's supreme emperor, was "battling" with gusto (in a thrilled state, naturally).

"Feitian, you're getting fiercer," Xue'er purred, languid beneath me.

"Of course—how else would I satisfy you? Don't they say women at thirty are wolves, forty are tigers?" I grinned smugly.

"Ugh!" Xue'er pinched my pecs, tossing me a playful glare. "You're the wolf! No pity, leaving me all limp and drained."

What the—? My fault? You kept yelling "harder"—did I have a choice? "Babe, don't blame me. You ordered me to go hard. How could I disobey my queen?"

"You bully!" Xue'er pouted.

Gods, women's hearts are oceans. Even Xue'er, usually regal, pulled this coy act. My other wives? Worse. Being a man this great is exhausting.

As we geared up for another round, Little Kitty waddled in, pregnant belly and all. She stripped and hopped onto the bed, chirping, "Brother, Kitty's here!"

Seeing her dive in, I spun, pulling her into my arms. "Kitty, you're about to be a mom—don't jostle, or baby might get hurt."

It worked. Kitty nodded obediently, "Oh, okay," gently stroking her round belly. Her glowing maternal vibe screamed Virgin Mary reborn. That look—so unlike her usual wild self—made me feel like I'd conned a minor into bed and knocked her up. (Feitian: "Boss, c'mon, would I think that?" Narrator: "Hah, bit exaggerated, but forgivable. Big bro's got it rough, eh? Art's born from reality, transcending it…" [5,000 words later] "Where's everyone?" Feitian collapses, foaming at the mouth.)

Kitty's expression told me she'd sink into her dreamy haze again, out for hours. Since her pregnancy four months ago, this was routine. We're used to it.

To fulfill my darling Kitty's mommy dreams, I'd "battled" hard for years. Her blissful glow showed her joy, but I'm the one suffering. My clingy, hyper Kitty now took up embroidery, a Yanhuang tradition. We gawked—when did restless Kitty get this patient? When we stared too long, she'd blush, mumbling, "I'm not that great." Faint. We chalked it up to motherhood's magic. But without her buzzing around, I struggled to adjust.

I hugged Kitty, kissing her face. "Kitty, something up?" She wouldn't barge in during my time with other wives unless it was big—otherwise, she'd be stitching baby bibs.

"Hah, you didn't ask, so I forgot why I came!" Kitty giggled sheepishly. "A-Hu messaged. Earth's radar caught a cosmic-grade wave, not from any known cosmic nation."

Kitty lacked tech know-how but relayed A-Hu's words clearly. I frowned. One wave barely settles, another rises. As the saying goes, "Fame draws trouble, like fat pigs draw butchers." Every cosmic demon's homing in on Sky Dragon.

"Gods, could it be Pandorans or Wushite Empire? We've only clashed with them. Can't rule out Kamet Alliance either. Earth's our root—they're not as chummy as they seem. Who knows what they're plotting?" Xue'er sat up, her alluring figure bared. Her perky "bunnies" jiggled temptingly, rekindling my interrupted fire.

"Hey, you listening?" Xue'er caught my ogling, pulling the sheet over her curves, snapping me out of my daze. "Xi Xi, Brother, are my boobies not pretty? Why only stare at Sister Xue'er's?" Kitty whined. Gods, this girl thrives on chaos.

Debating whose "bunnies" were best with my wives during a crisis? If enemies knew, they'd bow to my suave legend. (Narrator: "This guy's getting on my nerves. Fans love him just 'cause he offed some Japanese punks. Big deal. I'd do it if I could. Can I? Nope." Feitian: "Boss, that's sour grapes." Narrator: "#¥%#%%")

I grazed Kitty's chest. "Kitty, yours are bigger now." She beamed, "I noticed recently! Thought I was sick, but sisters said it's normal for moms-to-be. Baby'll have milk soon!"

I kissed her lovingly, pinching her nose. "My Kitty's so clever, knowing all this."

Thrilled by my praise, Kitty snuggled, hugging my waist tightly.

Xue'er dressed, scolding, "Look at you, all smug. Get up—don't let Kitty catch a cold. Pregnant women's immunity is low!" Whoops, forgot. No man drops a luscious beauty easily. Sheepishly, I scratched my head. "Hah, slipped my mind."

I picked up Kitty's scattered clothes, dressing her. Seeing me help, her eyes reddened with emotion, gazing adoringly. "What? I'm that handsome, even my daily-seen Kitty can't get enough?"

"Vain!" Kitty teased. "Hurry, or Sister Xue'er'll scold!" I kissed her flushed eyes. I rarely dressed my wives—only Xue'er before—so this moved Kitty. Love isn't grand vows or eternity; it's a cup of tea when she's tired, a "you worked hard," washing dishes together, or an "I love you" before bed.

"Feitian, using me to sweet-talk Kitty!" Xue'er laughed, pinching me. My "painful" grimace made both giggle.

"Alright, duty calls. I'll join you tonight," I said, kissing them. For this blissful life, I'd fight hard. Only strength thrives in this predator-filled cosmos—indulging in fleeting softness brings gut-wrenching pain. With firm steps, I headed to my office, brimming with confidence.

"Majesty!" my Nizi secretary called as I entered.

I pulled her into a fierce kiss, releasing her only when she gasped. "Call me Majesty again, and I'll show you fierce. It's Feitian or Tian, got it? No formalities for lovers."

Blushing, Nizi nodded shyly, then giggled, "If I call you Majesty, will you 'punish' me like that?"

Her coy look made me laugh. "Not like that—you'll beg for life and death next time, you know." My lewd grin, paired with memories of our steamy nights, made her sway, nearly collapsing.

Catching her, I whispered, "Business first, pleasure later. Connect me to A-Hu at Silver Dragon Army Group."

"Mhm." Nizi obediently linked the call on the big screen.

Seeing A-Hu, I asked, "A-Hu, any results on that alien signal on Earth?"

"Boss, nothing yet. Radar crews are hunting, and we've locked down Earth to trap them, but no trace," A-Hu said, eyes bloodshot.

His exhaustion was clear—guys at his level don't look this rough without relentless work. I didn't scold, but A-Hu felt ashamed. Repeated breaches in his zone, now aliens on Earth, untraceable? He'd poured manpower and energy into it for days.

"Got it. Radar won't cut it—they're likely cloaked. If that fails, we'll need ground troops," I mused.

"Boss, that'd alert other Earth nations. They'd never tell us—might even shield the aliens. Those old power foxes see this as a tech goldmine. Sneaking past our tight lines shows their tech's close to ours. That's a huge lure for Earth's nations. These aliens are our foes—otherwise, they'd report to us, not sneak. If they learn Earth's state, they could ally with other nations," A-Hu ranted, impressively thorough.

This was a brutal test for A-Hu. He'd strategized before, but never this deeply. Pressure unlocks potential.

"Well done, thorough thinking. If we're careless, your scenario could happen, and we'd lose big. Since you've thought this far, what's your plan?" I asked.

A-Hu scratched his head, sheepish. "Majesty, you're killing me. If I had a fix, would I bug you?" I paused, then got it—I'd rushed him. A-Hu's progress was stellar; expecting miracles was unfair. Growth comes from war's forge.

This was a thorny issue. Earth's small for cosmic planets, but ground searches without help—worse, with sabotage—were like finding a needle in an ocean.

"What now?" I paced my office, pondering. A-Hu, yawning and bleary, was no help.

Nizi, seeing our gloom, timidly suggested, "Majesty, if troops draw attention, why not use scout mech-bees? They're small, fast, and can finish quickly." She glanced at us, fearing she'd misspoken.

A-Hu and I stared, stunned. Two grown men missed this? With our tech, finding a warship on Earth should be easy. Even the wise slip.

"Is my idea wrong?" Nizi asked, nervous.

Snapping out of it, I rushed to her, hugging her tight, kissing her lips, my hand slipping into her blouse to her soft "bunnies," forgetting A-Hu's presence.

"Tian, A-Hu's watching!" Nizi blushed, pushing me away.

"Hah, saw nothing—carry on, I'm off!" A-Hu, relieved with a solution, vanished from the screen, his two-day stress lifted.

With A-Hu gone, I scooped Nizi up, heading to the lounge. Her eyes sparkled with desire. "Hah, my wives are all extraordinary. Darling, your husband's gonna reward you good," I whispered, nibbling her ear.

"Reward? Just your wolfish nature—making excuses to take advantage," Nizi teased, playfully smacking my chest.

"So what? Name a part of you I haven't claimed," I said, setting her on the bed, stripping her fast, and squeezing her chest.

Nizi swatted my arm, pouting, "Rogue, pervert! Always bullying me." Her coy look sent me pouncing, filling the room with passion.

Waking later, I saw Nizi asleep, her "bunnies" trembling with each breath. I toyed with them, her "grapes" hardening, her breathing quickening.

"Tian, stop—I'm still tingly," she murmured.

"Rest, darling." I kissed her lips, dressed, and returned to the office. Facing multiple foes, I needed a tighter war plan.

"Minister Li En, Unified Command? It's Feitian. I need a battle plan and an emergency response plan ASAP. You know our situation's tense. Six days—don't let the nation and people down."

"Minister Menglong, Training? It's Feitian. How's recruit training? God-Demon armaments ready for combat—how many? 300,000? Not enough. Speed it up—soldiers must master tech fast. Time and enemies won't wait. Two months, train another 100,000. Critical for this war. Pandora and Little Milky Way recruit training going okay? Good. I'll have Engineering build six more training planets. Aim for 600 million qualified soldiers in a year. Not as strict as Flying Dragon Star, but at least old Yanhuang special forces level—weapon mastery, especially for direct combatants. Get it done."

"Dean Cohen? Hah, it's Feitian, not a drinking call. How's the third Space Fortress, Emperor, coming? It started a month after the second. We're not as calm as we seem—might face multiple empires' siege. We need it bad. Intel says enemy stealth tech's top-notch—our radars can't spot them. No kidding, you're intrigued? Hah, me too. Catch them, and their ships are yours to dissect."

After calls with key department heads, I assigned tasks and checked statuses. Things looked solid. Conquering Pandora System didn't just double our territory—it added 40 billion people, our cosmic conquest capital. Our AI systems are advanced, but humans are still key. Even if tech could replace us, we'd keep our martial spirit. A vibrant empire needs it, or we'd collapse under our own weight.

Flying Dragon System's recruit training hit 6 million. Pandora System's at 400 million, limited by space, so I'll convert six low-population planets into training hubs. This ensures steady troop flow for any scenario, even multi-nation wars, streamlining all operations.

Donning my grand marshal uniform, I prepped to visit Yanhuang Star to check the Palace Guard Legion's flagship, Emperor Space Fortress. A soft call stopped me: "Tian, wait!"

Turning, I saw Nizi, dressed and awake. "Why not rest?"

"Hah, rested enough. You're working, Majesty—can your secretary slack? Don't want my pay docked," she teased, sticking out her tongue.

"Alright, since you're up, let's hit Yanhuang Star," I said.
