Chapter 25 - It's about the time!

"As expected, Shinra-kyun is so amazing~!"

The CEO of Yoshitake Real Estate, Yoshitake Yoshiro, an effeminate gay man, looked at the match happily and was completely in love with Shinra.

"...." Everyone.

"By the way, Chiba, can you do that?"

Chiba Takayuki, the representative fighter of Yoshitake Yoshiro, known as The Faceless Man, showed a bitter smile. "I am an actor, not a martial arts prodigy."

Yes, a prodigy.

This was the answer that everyone came up with when they saw Shinra.

To be able to master a martial art with just a single glance.

If this wasn't a prodigy, then what was he?

A god of martial arts?

Still, this fighting style was quite similar to Chiba's, as he was an actor, so he often mimicked the martial arts of his target, but in the end, he was an actor, a faker, so he was different from Shinra, who could learn martial arts instantly. More importantly, unlike Shinra, who could master a martial art at a single glance, he needed time and training to do it!

"What do you think?"

If another person cornered Shinra, it would be his next opponent, Kuroki Gensai, the representative fighter of the Motor Heads.

Facing the question from the CEO of Motor Heads, Takakaze Kirimi, Kuroki swirled his glass, filled with ice whiskey, sipped it softly, and then said in a heavy voice. "Strong. Probably stronger than I have faced, and I can't wait to face him."

At the beginning, his purpose was to seek the one who murdered his friend, yet he couldn't find the murderer. Still, it seemed that he wouldn't go back empty-handed as he found someone strong.

"Hahahaha... this has become interesting!"

This man, Tokiha Ohma, laughed happily and arrogantly, thinking of how many strong fighters had participated in this fight, making his effort worthwhile to come and become a participant.

"But, I will be the winner!"

No matter what, he believed he would become the winner!

"Ohma..."

The old man, of short stature, stared at his fighter with a smile, and he also exuded the same confidence. Then again, if his fighter wanted to meet Shinra, then his fighter could only go on till he reached the final.

Regardless, no matter how strong Shinra was, he had to pass a powerful wall known as Kuroki Gensai, the Devil Lance, or known as the strongest assassin, if not fighter, in the whole country.

"Fuwahahahaha!"

An elderly man with a thin and husk-like figure laughed happily, wondering whether that young man could defeat the strongest assassin or not, so after a moment of thought, he said, "Sayaka, you go to that young man."

"Eh?"

Meanwhile, Rino looked at her fighter, Mikazuchi Rei, who hadn't returned from his stupor and seemingly fell deep into a battle frenzy simulation within his mind, but she didn't bother him. Instead, her mind was on Shinra, who would be fighting Kuroki Gensai despite knowing Shinra and Rei might meet in the fight sooner than she had imagined.

While it was unexpected, whether it was Rei or Shinra, the two of them were on the same Block C, and when they reached the quarter-finals, they would meet each other.

Still, while Rei had a higher chance of winning on his side, Shinra's opponent was more fearsome, and that was Kuroki Gensai, the most fearsome karate master.

Still, while all of them had their own thoughts regarding the battle, as the first day of the tournament ended, Shinra closed his eyes as he thought of all the fighters that he had watched in a day.

They were all amazing, and if he had to say so, he would have understated them slightly, especially when he could tell that their power could reach that of a special Jonin, or even a Jonin rank ninja in the world of Naruto.

Yet, even so, he had to say, he had seen many weird things since, while many fighters could crack a gigantic boulder with their fist, they still lost to a weakling like Kaneda Suekichi.

All the fighters in this tournament were more or less top athletes or even the peak of humanity's physical ability, as many of them could somehow deflect bullets, yet despite such an amazing feat, they all lost to Kaneda, whose special ability was only foresight, an ability to read further of the enemy's movements, similar to chess, shogi, or other mind-related sports where one gained an advantage when they were able to read the movements of the enemy.

Yet, despite having a technique, Kaneda's physical ability was just about that of a normal person, or even less.

If Shinra made a comparison, it was akin to a child throwing a tantrum to join the Olympics. He didn't despise an effort, yet somehow, watching how a weakling like Kaneda could gain a position among the strong despite having a limited physical ability, it made him realize that it was better that he didn't stay in this world for a little longer, and this was the limit of this world.

The martial arts might be good, but a martial art is only useful when it faces an opponent whose strength is about the same or slightly above.

When one's strength was more or less about the same or the opponent had a slightly above strength, a martial art could help one find a victory.

Or rather, a martial art was created so the weak could defend against the strong.

Yet, Shinra's opponent was someone whose might was comparable to a nuclear weapon!

Could a mere martial art bring him to do that?

He could probably mimic Might Gai, but he didn't want to become a glass-cannon type of fighter, where he would fall down after he used his high-powered attack.

Stable, firm, and certain.

This was what he sought the most, and until he was 120% sure of his chance of victory, he wouldn't go back to his original world.

Still, it didn't mean that he underestimated this world since he had seen many masters, whose might was so staggering that it made him realize the potential of a human being.

Unfortunately, the number of people who could unlock that potential was limited,

Sighing inwardly, he was a bit disappointed by the number of strong people, yet it also made him relieved that he came to this world, as it gave him time to get used to fighting and bloodshed.

He wasn't even a ninja before, and he hardly had a fight, so this world gave him time to learn all the basics that he needed to gain power in the new world.

His Eyes of Beyond had recovered, and he knew it was about time for him to leave this world to gain a stronger strength.
