Logan's eyes fell on the line of mana turrets as he jogged, curiosity flashing past his eyes.
These massive cannon-like structures had trucks with raw mana cores underneath them, with several military personnel working on loading and cooling the turrets after each shot.
'How powerful are those things?' he wondered.
Quickly shaking his head, Logan fixed his eyes on the smoke up ahead.
His hands were wrapped tightly around his glaive, activating his mana sight as he sprinted through the smoke.
'Nothing outside of other mercenaries,' he thought, narrowing his eyes.
As he got through the smoke, he saw the actual battlefield half a mile in front of him.
Dozens of mercenaries and military groups were handling large crab-like creatures with massive shells on their backs.
A mile or two in front of them, he saw a literal sea of creatures, ranging from large crabs to smaller green fishmen.
'There have to be thousands of them,' he thought, coming to a stop with his mouth wide open.
