"It's been a while," Jack said, greeting Fortuna, and to his surprise, Justa.
He had expected to meet Fortuna when he was knocked out. Yet, she didn't call him then, instead, she put him to sleep just when he was about to return to Granny.
It's annoying, but this... is unexpected.
Jack's mind reverted back to Justa's presence in Fortuna's domain. From what little Jack knew, the two goddesses didn't like each other. So for them to meet him together meant something weird was about to happen.
Not to mention their downcast expressions.
Standing before them, Jack crossed his arms, waiting for them to say something before he got excited and forgot about listening.
"What we're about to tell you shouldn't leave this… domain," Justa spoke first.
"Who will I talk to about this?" Jack scoffed. "You're the only goddesses I know, and if I told anyone about this, they'd put me in a psych ward. So don't beat around the bush and tell me what's wrong."
